From the article:

"FBI Director Kash Patel ordered the ouster of at least 10 employees involved in the investigation of President Donald Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate, four people briefed on the matter told CNN. The agents had secretly seized Kash Patel’s and Susie Wiles’ phone records. They did it before Trump was re-elected in 2024.

More firings might be coming.

Patel ordered a wider investigation following the discovery of records showing that the FBI used subpoenas to obtain his communication records and the communications of now White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles during a 2022-2023 probe that eventually came under the leadership of special counsel Jack Smith, the people briefed on the matter said.

The Deep State agents turned the information over to Jack Smith.

They were going for a coup redo."

There have been complaints about Trump not draining the swamp as promised. Then, something like this occurs, and we will have no comments. Some people are just negative and there’s nothing that can be done to convince them otherwise. Throw some people a birthday bash and instead of being gracious and happy, they complain about the punch or the cake is the wrong flavor. Everyone knows these people.

Good post, outstanding of likes, again.

It’s a sad day for America when doing your job gets you fired once a new leader takes office. Their job is to investigate crimes… they shouldn’t be punished for doing so.

Maybe that’s y’all’s opinion.  Trump should fire everyone who investigated reports of wrongdoing, even though refusing to investigate would have lead their firing.  This is another reason why partisan hacks shouldn’t be in the ranks, much less leading, these types of organizations.  Instead we reward partisan hacks with leadership positions in these very organizations.  I guess we shouldn’t be surprised when the next admin fires everybody who looked into Biden and hires Antifa/blm members as FBI special agents.

Instead of having young men/women who typically served in the military, then developed skills that lead to a success career as an experienced agent, we can just fire everybody and hire a bunch of new zealots every 4 years.  That’s dumber than DEI.

Almost a year late but I’ll take it. 👏👏👏

I have said many times I don’t think Trump and his Administration has fired enough people especially in the DOJ.

Russia Hoax was a perfect example of a crooked DOJ and no one has been arrested for it even with proof. We can’t run a country with a sitting President (Obama) spying on an incoming president and manufacturing nonsense against the incoming administration in order to destroy them. That’s just one example of many.

I was hoping you would find a way to put Boykin in this post.....a little disappointed.

You guys don’t understand how the legal system is supposed to work. When someone claims that an illegal act has occurred, it’s the job of law enforcement to investigate that accusation.  I don’t remember anybody going on trial for their dealing with Russia… as in, the investigation yielded no conclusive evidence.  The system worked. The argument now is that investigating the claim is a fireable offense. A LEO should not examine the evidence or look into the clues.   He/she should instead look into the political background of the accused and use their political leanings to determine guilt or innocence.  Attorney General gets accused of impropriety? Even allowing the investigation to move forward is the act of a traitor, in Texas anyways.  Not every allegation is true, but neither is every allegation false. They should be looked into, and prosecuted when the evidence warrants a prosecution.

Should we imprison police officers for investigating a crime because the trial didn’t result in a conviction? Or just fire them? What if the investigation didn’t lead to a single arrest? The cops should be disciplined? That what the right believes.

You have to admit that it’s a little bit comical that you guys are on one thread crying that Boykin wasn’t investigated “because he’s part of the good ol’ boys club,” while starting a different thread that talks about how FBI agents should lose their jobs for daring to investigate someone who is a member of the good ol’ boys club.

and you do?

The FBI recording of a conversation between Susie Wiles and her attorney when her attorney was aware.

In the FBI files there will be multiple forms of documentation about this.

This is called "consensual monitoring" -- where one party to the conversation is aware the FBI is listening and recording but the other does not, and the party that is aware agrees to that.

The FBI cannot do this on its own.  It must seek and obtain approval from a DOJ prosecutor to do so.

Some states have laws against one-party consent -- called "Two Party" states -- and require both parties to be aware and agree that the call is going to be monitored and recorded.  Others are what is called "One-Party" states.

Florida is a Two-Party state -- meaning the call as described was a violation of state law.  The FBI is allowed to violate state law while conducting an investigation -- same principle as undercover work.

But the attorney involved, if also in Florida and a member of the Florida State Bar, likely is not protected in all respects.  The FBI could authorize him to violate Florida law -- but there will be another FBI document showing that as well.

That document does not protect him for violations of his ethical obligations that apply to his license.

And lets not forget that the FBI only investigates crimes.  To get to the point of having a recorded call between a "subject" and that persons attorney, whatever this investigation was has proceeded well down the tracks.

Finally, there are a host of DOJ Regulations about the manner in which attorneys can be investigated with regard to allegations of criminal conduct against their clients or others.

Finally, you don't just hook up an attorney in a consensually monitored call without having a detailed history recorded in the case file about how you got to that point.  It is highly likely this call was going to happen according to a "script" -- the FBI/DOJ had specific issues they wanted the attorney to discuss or ask about.

That is not at all the same thing. You seem to know all about how the FBI works and what goes into tapping phone lines? Please explain why they are innocent and did not break policy......I even gave you some help of how it all works in my last post....explain away
