You have to be full time employees at the district.

That could entail being paraprofessionals to an actual teaching position. 

Pay scale will also depend on the position.

Has it?  Any State Titles yet?  But, again, nothing is 100%.  I'm sure there are coaches that have won many State Titles having been a graduate at said school.  But that's way in the minority.  Just like don't hire off a losing staff and don't hire someone with a losing record.  Is it 100% -- absolutely not.  But I'd say 96-98% of time it's correct.  Again -- just my opinion!

If DG goes Jasper gets extremely better in the backfield IMO. 

 

Need a year though, they aint making the playoffs upcoming season.

Maybe not but I think they will be competitive. I don’t think you will be able to scratch them off like last year
