My thoughts only. I don’t need someone to tell me what I see and know. If he wasn’t resisting, one agent could have cuffed him. Agents have to wear masks to keep the sick lefties from doxing them. Also, right now, it’s colder than a well digger’s butt. Why should protesters be allowed to mask themselves? Doesn’t make sense. ICE has already been ambushed several times. I am a decent person, but I find it difficult to feel sorry for sky divers, skiers who get caught in an avalanche, people who stick their hand inside a cage full of rattlesnakes, and armed protester who challenge authority. You hate they met their demise, but hey, what were they thinking?

I’m too young for those, but this is the way I imagined the 60s. 
 

We’re so polarized. We’re jaded to the point that we’ll defend the indefensible if it’s our side that screwed up, because “they deserve it.” 
 

When you can watch someone’s life ended in real time and feel NOTHING for that person because your political hatred is so great… there’s something wrong with you. If that person is Charlie Kirk, or some protestor…. It doesn’t matter…it’s sick.

I’d appreciate it if you wouldn’t put words in my mouth. Where was this protester when Obama was deporting 3 million? That was a different president and I didn’t protest at all. In fact, it was pretty covert.

These officers murdered this young man.  They were not trained LEO.

The weapon was removed from his waist by a officer and then they fired. He never displayed his license to carry weapon.

The weapon was removed from the back of his waist. At no time was it displayed.  The shots were fired after the removal of the weapon. There are several videos out from different angles.

The victim was filming on a cell phone in the street, waving traffic (who I think may be ice) to come through. He retreats to the shoulder of the road, and a female who was closer to traffic also retreats. An ice agent approaches and violently shoves the female to the ground, and at this point the victim DOES possibly push the ice agent away from the female that was shoved, then moves to help her up from the snow. The ice agent pepper sprays both the victim and the female, other agents swarm in and begin striking and pistol whipping the victim. You can then hear an agent scream “he’s got a gun.”  You then see an ice agent in a grey jacket move from the scrum back towards the street holding the victim’s pistol in an outstretched hand. A split second later you hear the 7-12 gunshots ring out. 
 

What’s sickening is that our leaders immediately rush out with lies, accusations, and blame when the video shows something totally different than what they proclaim. 
 

The United States can’t take much more of this.  
 

 

I’ve seen the video. Did he interfere with law enforcement, yes. Did he refuse to comply, yes. Was he armed, yes. Is this tragic, yes. Was he executed, no. Depends on the lens you’re looking through.

The officer has to have a reasonable, articulable belief that the person poses an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury to the officer or others.

 The weapon was removed before he was shot.
