BMTSoulja1 Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago Too long of a spell there in the third not scoring any points. Can’t have a 4th quarter like the third… Quote
bullets13 Posted 20 hours ago Report Posted 20 hours ago Brook wins 68-56. Impressed with their team, but not their clock management. Up about 14 early fourth and rushed and forced several bad shots that let BU cut it to 6. BMTSoulja1 1 Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted 20 hours ago Report Posted 20 hours ago Excellent win, Brook. Huge 3rd quarter. Seems like it became the Garrett show. That and WB played really good defense and seem to get all the 50-50 balls. That’s a recipe for a win. We need to work on our transition defense. I know it was like 15 points Brook scored on transition alone. BU will be fine. And that next game at BU will be must see. navydawg31 and Boogy1000 2 Quote

Yes possessions matter, that was very uncharacteristic of them , I know Coach Thomas will correct it bullets13 1 Quote
Kowboy98 Posted 19 hours ago Report Posted 19 hours ago Brad Ernst, if you read this message please make sure your colleagues know that the defending state champions are not the #9 or #10 team in the state. Let’s have those dfw-biased rankings modified please. Also, if Moten had played in the YMBL game, it likely would’ve been a similar outcome. Thanks, A concerned Homer Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted 11 hours ago Report Posted 11 hours ago Can someone explain to me what happened at the end of the game concerning some WB players, BU fans, and security? Quote

As far as I seen WB players walked to BU student section telling them to go home and it was just a back and forth between the players and student sections nothing too major BMTSoulja1 1 Quote

Mamba Posted 5 hours ago Report Posted 5 hours ago West Brook players were wrong to even go over there in the first place, and I’m sure that’ll be handled. But no adult should ever be going back and forth with a kid. That’s a lack of emotional intelligence and maturity. Now social media is full of think pieces from grown people blaming refs, blaming coaches, blaming everything except the truth. Why are we so afraid to let our kids fail? This is exactly why this generation struggles — too many adults want to hold their hands and shield them from every stone thrown their way. Life is harder than a basketball game. Let’s teach them how to stand on two feet, hold their heads high, and handle defeat with character. That’s how you build young men, not by protecting them from every uncomfortable moment. Could not have said it better, I watched this game off and on last night. Then I watched it this morning in it's entirety. The team that played the best won last night. It's just that simple. The two teams are pretty evenly matched. It's all about who executes the best and who makes the better adjustments when they play each other. United will have another opportunity to avenge the loss. Play better the next time. BMTSoulja1 1 Quote
