Has anything final (from a definitely credible source) been said about Bailey’s injury? I think everyone expects he’s out for the season, but I’m curious about the official diagnosis. I saw somewhere that his mom said there hadn’t been confirmation that there was an ACL injury.

Give me the mighty NDNs. The key injury will be a factor and Ennis will keep it close in the first half (MAYBE), but PNG pulls away late in the 3rd quarter. 42-17 Final

I think an MRI is required for the definitive Dx on such an injury. Probably won't happen until Monday.

Not too much to worry about this week.  I would think a 30+ point win.

Need to get those passing reps in this week in practice.   Ennis will most likely stack the box and say go ahead and throw to beat us.  Successful pass game will lead to a successful run game.

Our coaches will have the team ready.  PNG WITH THE WIN!

The coaches have done a great job this season playing lots of players at all positions. Even early in games you see substitutions getting quality reps and contributing. 
 

The coaches know how to manage a young player with limited experience. 
 

We have 22 good players on the field during the game and I know they will perform well!

Newton is starting a 9th grade kid  at QB who is a big plus to the teams winning.

+ 1 on this. Ashworth has had some varsity playing time including 2nd half last week, and will do well.

PNG with the W.. the kids will rally up and play bigger and better with QB1 down…

Back up QB adds another dimension to the game. offensive play will look different but he is very capable. The Freshman QB will be a force next season or two.

I expect a heavy dose of the run game from PNG this week.

I don't think the drop off will be significant just from seeing Ashworth play before he has a skill set very similar to Blake Bost who played at PN-G a few years back
