That is true, but you will not see a two way starter under Joseph. Reid Richard played at most 10 offensive snaps a game in 2023.

You don’t have to call him a “starter” - The idea is Joseph is willing to use his tools on both sides of the ball when needed.

Darth is hitting all the points on what I’m trying express…  Don’t recall to many straight 2 way starters and Never coming off the field.. but there is some kids that could be plugged in when we need a big stop/extra pass rush to offensive side with short yardage need that 1-3 yards, extra blocker on the line (jumbo package) and etc.. these are pure examples but things that need to be addressed. 
 

Like the elephant in the room Nederland needs to find a quality running back to get #10 a breather and not run him to the ground…

I agree. If you have special players. Let them play where it helps the team when needed.
