I saw your post and looked on the Houston app. but couldn’t find it. It was updated to yesterday, so I Googled him. He’s a relief pitcher but they’re going to start him?

This will be my first game since they changed the ballpark's name to Daikin, so hopefully that will fix my bad juju lol

I called it Enron Field for a long time before saying Minute Maid, so it will take a while before I get used to Daikin. May the curse be lifted.

The Astros put pitcher Brandon Walter on the injured list with left elbow inflammation. They now have a major-league high 18 players on the IL

Brandon Walter had a 3.35 ERA across 53.2 innings and nine starts for the Astros. He'd gone at least six innings and allowed two or fewer earned runs in six of those starts. A consequential loss.

Astros have claimed infielder Logan Davidson off waivers from the A's and have optioned him to AAA Sugar Land for the 40 man roster.

I bet that if some of these IL players were reverted back to their minor league pay while they are injured, we’d see them get healthy very quickly.

While not a scalding, it was a loss 5-1 another last place team syndrome loss.  Hunter off again.  But hey 57 more games.  Neris gave up a dinger in the ninth to make it look worse.  Still had a chance until that.

Now 4.5 up and only 5 over Rangers
