Eric publicly stated that he wanted to be at OF, where he first started coaching. But I’m not about to put names on a website I shouldn’t be doing, but the person who told me would know who applied for the position.

when you attend that ISD your whole life you have plenty of time 🤷🏽‍♂️ a great coach adjust his offense and defense and schemes on personal. Pretty simple.

No. Great coaches don't change their scheme based on 1 player. You put that player in the right spot within the scheme in place...

Not this soon. The job hasn't even officially opened and a school district isn't required to make the list public unless someone requests. Then the district doesn't have to make list public until 10 days after the job is filled.

Interesting thought.  Say a slot-t coach has a top flight QB.  Does he stick with the slot-t or does he morph into something that that takes advantage of the QB’s skills?    @navydawg31

This is simple, stupid here... notnsure why its confusing, ....OF definitely would not be switching to an air raid offense because they get a good passer for the first time in history... and if he's a great passer. They probably won't be attending OF who lives in the slot t.... or doesn't matter how well he throws and goes anyway and probably plays rb....

Seen many teams change offensive and defensive schemes with a new coaching staff.

True, but point in case, rarely, if ever. A full scheme change like stated earlier......based off 1 player.. at least speaking in terms of OF caliber players.
