These lists aren't even as good as the paper they are written on. They're driven by the hype machine.....which explains why Crosby is high on there.

Also, according to what you've written here, it seems the Crosby JV hasn't had much success lately. Does that mean that those unsuccessful JV players are now Crosby varsity players? If so, you guys might want to watch out.

Crosby's JV has NEVER had much success. JV is used to practice with/against the varsity.

Same JV Team didn't look very good versus Huffman in a scrimmage either tho...

JV lost 1-2 Games last year I believe they lost to Manvel and they might have lost to Dayton. Just off Memory.

The way these list are compiled are based on shout outs and nominations from these kids buddies. The top 5-10 are somewhat legit. After that it jumbled up. I know some kids on this list that aren't even the starters at their school right now.

I usually don't put a lot of stock in jv scores myself but the freshman I do. From the score it looked to be a pretty even matchup although I don't know about turnovers and penalties that could have caused this game to be that close. Either way Jasper's freshman seem to be very impressive.

I've not seen Jasper play, If Jasper looks like WO-S then no.

I mean the reason you play the game is because there is a chance. 

Porter beat us last year and we still won the District so one game doth not define a season. 

I mean it definitely would dampen the spirits a bit for sure.

Crosby up 22-7 early in the 2nd according to kjas radio. Crosby seems to move the ball up and down the field and Jasper seems to keep turning to ball over.
