We have had several inquiries about if our league will conduct a fall ball program this season.  In past years we have had fall ball based on interest from present as well as new incoming players to the league.  Our fall league is very laid back with an emphasis on instruction and recreation in a fun environment.  There are no team practices and games will be played as two 1.5 hour games (double - header) each Saturday for 6 weeks. The fall league will be open to any players who will be age 13, 14 or 15 as of May 1, 2017.  Cost to participate is $70 per player. Family discount available.  Please respond by email ASAP to [email protected] if you are interested in participating, or if you have any other questions.  You may also call 409-293-1991.  We need a head count no later than next week in order to prepare for the season which would begin Saturday September 10 if we have enough interest.  Thanks.  Nederland Babe Ruth League.

      Also, multiple sources out of the trump camp are saying she has zero shot at the nomination now.

      For what it’s worth, someone on another site was saying that this incident is pretty well known in SD and she was trying to get out in front of it, but it also may or may not be true that  she just got pissed at it because it messed up her hunt and she’s trying to spin it into something more justifiable.  I have zero to back this up right now, but if it’s the case, it’s a whole other issue.

      Whatever happened to educating people so that they don’t go off the deep end pursuing an incident that shouldn’t be political in the first place? Seems everyone is looking for their “trigger”moment. The dumbing down of America has taken its toll. Anyone who would hold this against her is doing so out of spite and for political gain. Said people need to be ignored.

      You won’t get an argument from me that this won’t hurt her nationally but I don’t think this will hurt her in SD or even an appointment in a Republican administration.  I’m sure she saw backlash from some, apparently not from folks like you and me, which is significant, but like I said, I appreciate the honesty.

      Appreciate the confidence.  Why don’t we see how this works out for her.  Going great so far.  She MIGHT be able to get re-elected in South Dakota next election, but if a good candidate runs against her in the Republican primaries she may be in trouble.  I don’t think there’s a chance in hades she gets the VP nomination, and if for some reason Trump is dumb enough to give it to her, his chances of winning are probably over.  On a positive note, maybe DeSantis gets it now?  If they win and do a decent job then we’d have a VP ready to run for president in four years with a good shot of winning.
