The road to San Antonio for Silsbee this year has been a walk in the park. Silsbee playoff opponents were pitiful this season, Liberty, Houston Furr & Sterling. I totally understand they played the teams on the playoff schedule. 

No I am not hating on Silsbee or there head coach. Silsbee has a very nice program. I believe 4A Region 3 playoff teams were weak this season. 

Look at the teams that made it to San Antonio this year compared to last year??? The competition is weak this year, I recall people couldn't wait to see Bridgeport and Sterling.

I agree 100%. Happened to me and my teammates (Kountze - 2000) when we met up with Gainesville in the State Semis. We had fallen short in the Reg. Finals the previous two seasons before finally gettin

I had Big Sandy winning state but nobody else from SETX.

For starters, before the playoffs started, I mistakenly said La Marque would beat Silsbee, thinking they were Region III.That was a mistake on my part because now knowing that, I would have put Silsbee in San Antonio long ago. I'm not going to say they beat Lincoln/LaMarque in the championship just yet, but they are about to kill Levelland.  I am talking about 30 plus points here.

You can't blame them.  They were on a run and their fans were excited.  I am guessing they were well represented because Levelland loves its basketball and they normally travel really well.  But they had no idea what they had coming at em.   They were going to get smoked no matter which team they drew.   They just happened to catch the really short straw for the extra pain.

Haha I had to hit him back up lol... Kinda like Lincoln smash talking Silsbee after their game tonight on National T.V. ...! Silsbee should take that to heart and take that to the court tomorrow. If they play their game as they have all year especially today's game they won't be beat.!! :)

Can never blame anyone for supporting their team. But have to give it to them after a win as long as it's clean!! They did great to get here!  Now let's go get it Tigers!!

      Whatever happened to educating people so that they don’t go off the deep end pursuing an incident that shouldn’t be political in the first place? Seems everyone is looking for their “trigger”moment. The dumbing down of America has taken its toll. Anyone who would hold this against her is doing so out of spite and for political gain. Said people need to be ignored.

      You won’t get an argument from me that this won’t hurt her nationally but I don’t think this will hurt her in SD or even an appointment in a Republican administration.  I’m sure she saw backlash from some, apparently not from folks like you and me, which is significant, but like I said, I appreciate the honesty.

      Appreciate the confidence.  Why don’t we see how this works out for her.  Going great so far.  She MIGHT be able to get re-elected in South Dakota next election, but if a good candidate runs against her in the Republican primaries she may be in trouble.  I don’t think there’s a chance in hades she gets the VP nomination, and if for some reason Trump is dumb enough to give it to her, his chances of winning are probably over.  On a positive note, maybe DeSantis gets it now?  If they win and do a decent job then we’d have a VP ready to run for president in four years with a good shot of winning.

      I honestly don’t have an issue with it.  I grew up around livestock.  We had a neighbor lose nearly 30 animals in a 3-week period before they caught the dogs doing it. Those dogs needed to die.  I was there when my uncle killed a dog that was eating his chickens… didn’t bother me. If one of my dogs ever bites one of my kids it’ll be dead.  Immediately.  But some things are better left unsaid, and probably 90% of the country loves dogs, with only a small fraction of them being able to relate to why she did what she did.
