prepballfan Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 Interesting. Sounds like some outright physical football Quote
mytwocents-28 Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 And keep on thinking Vidor doesn't have a defense. Hagar 1 Quote

I had a talk with my kid & JD3 call a audible @ the line of scrimmage & he didn't pick it up. I was very impressed with our O-Line. Tonight they open up holes for the RBs! That's why u play scrimmages to work on your team weaknesses. WOS DE's need to contain the edges better then they did tonight! When we play teams that have speed like us that will cause problems if we can't contain the edges. Tonight grade I'll give them a B as a team! Edited August 21, 2015 by Kj Dad liltex 1 Quote
td Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 No need to place the blame on anyone. The pick was just miscommunication. That being said its the QBs job to make sure they get his audibles. Those 2 will make many connections this season. Gasilla, marshman, Kj Dad and 2 others 5 Quote
robanadana Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 Looks like a good scrimmage all the way around. Dubois will turn BC around quickly. If we kept Jack Dallas and Co. to only 7 points I am extremely happy. Didn't they light up Ned for 28 last week rather quickly? BTW for all my buddies, work still biting me in the arse. Hoping this is my last week of 7 x 12s. Quote
skipper Posted August 21, 2015 Report Posted August 21, 2015 lots of work to do yet but in time it will come around for the young mustangs Quote
