eagleswoodville#1 Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 It's my understanding that Haynes is at West Brook.Well someone let the cat out of the bag. I was hoping to let them know right before the start of camp. But I guess this is close enough lol Quote
Skilled95 Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 That's Haynes for you. Heard through a bird that he left Hardin to QB at Liberty and went back to Hardin when he was in High School School his senior year. Typically Larry! Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 I see no issue as far as Haynes goes, going from 3A to 6A, I would think a little more money, more weapons to play with, in the most competitive 6A district in Region 3 IMO. And if its for OC its a win/win situation, cause lawd knows offensive playcalling for WB needs an upgrade. Quote

eagleswoodville#1 Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 This is the highschool football equivalent of DeAndre Jordan buffing the Mavs. It's not a done deal until the pen meets the paper, no matter who verbally agrees to what. Quote

Mr.Green Jeans Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 What a horrible situation for these kids. It seems that no matter who is running things you get the same results in Kountze. IT'S IN THE BONE 1 Quote

eagleswoodville#1 Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 wait, he didnt even have a contract signed? Im sry but that is hilarious lol Granted, most schools don't do dual contracts for coaches any more. Most do a basic teaching contract and provide some type of stipend for the coaching services, with the exception of the AD. So obviously he hadn't been signed to any teaching contract yet. My best guess is that he committed to coach, but hadn't signed yet, which gave the opportunity to pursue other options. Quote

eagleswoodville#1 Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 I sure hope that was not the case...if so, that is just crazy stupid! The only other scenario I could imagine is that he had some type of termination clause that would allow him to exit his contract early. Which would also be crazy from an administration standpoint. Quote

eagleswoodville#1 Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 Kountze works it's Coaches from a dual contractThen that makes it even less likely that he had signed any kind of agreement. Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 Hope Joubert has some friends in high places to find an OC and DC. Quote
eagleswoodville#1 Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 It's going to be a very difficult task. less than three weeks from the start of camp, i'd say his chances of finding someone outside of his staff are slim to none. Quote
