Best vs Worst Refs in Area

So who are the best vs the worst refs in the area. I see games here and there and some refs seem pretty good but others seem....well.....they leave a lot to be desired. Do coaches get any input on officials?

Coaches do have a say. I really think this is an inappropriate topic if the plan is to call anyone out by name... They are all doing a great job....
