Get over it and get a little pride in whatever community you are part of.

I was shocked just how bad TC QB threw the ball.  They are  without a doubt one dimensional.  Maybe I am wrong, but I bet 12 had 10 touches in a real game he will have 30.  That guy isn't a div 1 prospect for no reason.

I cannot take anything away from PNG Offense. They did a great job. Defense did well but I have a feeling if this were a real game TC  offensively would have had more success.  All they needed to do is give 12 the ball and it would be over. That guy is a beast. Other than that not at all impressed with TC QB play or defense.  All that being said good for the Indians  going into non district to have a little swagger.  Seems like last year they never gained confidence on either side of the ball.

Congrats to Isaac who exhibited class throughout the season. Was a great leader for PNG team. He is a great kid on and off the field. Great example to all young kids coming up.

I am just disappointed that the all district team is not the best kids in the  district....

i would also be interested to see the leading scorers in the district this year....

Wow this is a joke.... the fact that Hayden Hoffpauir did not make first team tells me these guys do not know talent... no freaking way some of these guys should be on here and leave him off... congrats to the guys who made first team but this guy was robbed.... without a doubt....He is one of the best players in the district.....i am in shock.... >:( >:( >:(

They are pretty good but also an indication of how weak that district is....

Coaches do have a say. I really think this is an inappropriate topic if the plan is to call anyone out by name... They are all doing a great job....

PNG wins 4-3 but H-F is much improved....

[/quote/] well congrats to vidor on the win.  I know it is hard as a ref to always make proper decisions.  They are doing the best they can but it can be frustrating as a fan.  I heard the goalie did not touch it by the way...

hmm... i heard play had already restarted before referee called it a goal....as a ref.. you are not supposed to change your call once play has restarted...but who knows... congrats to vidor on the win...

I heard there was a contraversial call at the Nederland game.... I heard Vidor kicked the ball directly into goal on a penalty that the ref had his arm raised as indirect kick. disallowed the goal and then 3-5 minutes later the other ref told him it should have been a goal and called it a goal.. Sounded pretty bad to me... That goal caused Big Ned the game.... ??? ??? ??? ???

I have seen most of these teams play this preseason......IMO... PNG is the best team, and more consistant.... Pretty disappointed in big ned... Most of the other teams have played really well at times and not so well at time... Central, LCM,Vidor,  have looked good at times and not so good at times.... if they get it together this district should be really interesting....

I know Nederland will be loaded this year with lots of talent and PNG is looking pretty strong with a lot of talent.  Vidor has been very good the last couple of years but I think they will start declining this year or next.... PNG  is my pick followed by Big Ned and then Vidor.... sorry i just can't admit vidor is better.... (even if the are) :-\ :-\ :-\

Trust me... this looks like the toughest bracket in 4a this year... A lot of really good teams are going home that would possibly win in any other bracket... I think it speaks highly our region.... Summer Creek is a good team... So is Nederland, Dayton, Vidor, Angleton, Pearland Dawson, ect.... Dont feel bad SC...You have a good team... just not good enough....

Congrats to Summer Creek... Vidor dont feel to bad I am pretty sure you just played the Div 1 state champions or runner up.... They are just a very very talented bunch of kids.. Forget the smack talk these guys are for real....

I said I saw nboth of them play sc is just a better team... Period.... No argument....
