There's a difference between losing to Lamar and Manvel and losing to Brazoswood and PNG.
True but your still 0-2 so doesn’t really matter

When Crosby has 3,600 kids like King does we’ll absolutely be able to compete with them again. You use the Ridge Point example but left out the fact that the very next year after we played them they were playing in the 6A-D1 playoffs so to say they “barely” crossed the threshold is pretty naive. King’s enrollment has jumped by 1,300 kids since the last time they played Crosby.
Lol, I’d we listed to you Crosby would still suck. You talked all that hot **** about Crosby not being able to beat anybody else besides the GT teams and we run through the region in back to back years.
Just make sure you keep that exact same energy when we’re healthy.
*just so y’all can reference what @panamamyers was saying in relation to Ridge Point. The very next year they went 10-0 in the Fort Bend 6A district and lost in the 2nd round of the 6A-D1 playoffs to Lamar. Same situation as George Ranch, Shadow Creek and now Katy Paetow, who all won titles, winning big while they’re more than 1,000 students over the cutoff line.
I don't know about the Ridge Point reference, but he's not wrong wth the CE. King trajectory. I don't think you should feel any type of way though, King is a top 5 for sure team in the Houston region, which I Think is VERY DEEP this season and would have probably done this to not just y'all but 95% of the teams in this area healthy or not.
Like I've stated before, 69 is booming and will continue to boom all the way up to Cleveland. King imo will be like Humble. When it was just Humble, They were always good, until new schools started being built and taking its athletes and then families started moving further out. But until then King will become a power in the Houston region

Manvel Looks like their offense started to click towards the end against a really good SC defense!!
Brook is young and will take some hard lumps this year against really good teams!
this just happens to be one of them
Manvel wins

Atascocita up 30-0 at the half. Dickinson with several turnovers and no QB going to be a long night
This one kinda surprised me!! Dickson had some key ppl back from last year and is usually solid!! Didn’t think they’d win but make it closer

I'll never understand why teams throw a screen to the short side of the field.
Easier throw fir the QB but from a WR perspective no point unless they’re shifty

FACTS!!!!! I remember when Florida signed the #1 class in history (2010 I think) and the only thing that came from it was a Sugar bowl loss (IMO if Urban stays they win the National championship) . You can have all the talent in the world and it wont mean anything. Just ask Georgia

Having never attended a Texas AM game until after my daughter started going to school there 4 years ago, how could you not want to go play there? That places is electric from kick off, all the way through halftime and til the game is over. There is absolutely no other place that has such unique traditions and pageantry like the Aggies do. What Jimbo is doing on the recruiting trail is just awesome, looks like they could end up with possible 8 different 5-star recruits would be huge! Excited to see Bost get an opportunity in the Bowl game.
I have to agree, I attended a game back in 2010 when Ryan Tannerhill was the QB, and man talk about an environment. I'm pretty sure its 10x better now with the recent upgrades, Kudos to A&M for putting football first.

LSU players running away from Kelly
LSU Tigers starting quarterback Max Johnson to enter transfer portal
This sucks for their backup if he has to lose a year
"With Brennan and Johnson gone, LSU has only one scholarship QB remaining: former four-star prospect Garrett Nussmeier, a true freshman who has appeared in four games this season.
If Nussmeier were to play in the Texas Bowl, he would lose the ability to redshirt this season, costing him a year of eligibility”Heard from a college teammate that Kelly rubbed a lot of the Louisiana high school coaches the wrong way last week at the coaching clinic in New Orleans. Idk what he said but it was not well perceived

Without Arceneaux it'll be another close game especially if those 3's are falling for Silsbee. Again jmo...
Thats just it, in order for it to be close, things have to be working for Silsbee, and we're saying that *considering Arceneaux is out.
Win or lose Silsbee will have nothing to hang its head about

Jimbo owns it. Unreal what he’s doing after going 8-4
No lie A&M is killing it. Hopefully they can hang on to everyone with all these moving parts around college football

Hell of a set up, and the team information blog is very nice..
United should represent SETX and the State of Texas well.
jist a quick question I’m assuming the Creed bracket champion will play the King bracket champion for the whole thing???
-
I may have missed if and if I did I apologize but I’m very surprised no one has posted on here that United is ranked #11 nationally per Max Preps…
Rather we’re not surprised or we are that’s big for these young men, and goes to show the time and effort put in, specially with the way Basketball is in general with recruiting, Transfers, etc. These are all local/neighborhood kids ranked with some of he best teams in the nation that recruit.
This is a very big deal Congratulations United.

The Guyer defense is good but the Ryan team they beat isn’t on par with the one from last year. QB from last year is starting at Memphis as a true freshman, JT Sanders is at Texas and Billy Bowman is at Oklahoma now. To your point, they’re still a very talented team though.
I don’t think people really realize how good Atascocita has been lately. Last year was the first time since 2013 they’ve lost more than 2 games in a season. They’ve won 10+ games six of the last eight years and have been to at least the third round every year since ‘15. Pretty impressive resume considering who they’ve played. They’re going to keep getting better and better too because it doesn’t look like Humble ISD is going to build a school anytime soon to relieve the crowding from them and Summer Creek.
Yea it’s going to be a big boom, in the next couple of years going towards Conroe, and Cleveland.
