Great job by the Lumberton players and fans... yall played with LOTS of heart and left it all on the field. Lumberton is a very good football team.

just got home from the game... WOW... it was a good one... I was not really impressed with Lumbertons defense... Lumberton does have a very balanced offense. What I was most impressed with was the fan support from Lumberton... Yall did a great job. Yall kept your team in this game. This is the best Lumberton team I have ever seen. Should be an interesting game when Big Ned plays Lumberton... Nederland will DEFINITELY have to bring there A game to beat yall. Congrats to PNG yall did a great job all the way around. This is the best I have seen yall play since last week.

Lumberton will not go undefeated... They will lose... Probably 2 games... Yip you guessed it to Big Ned and our neighbors PNG If Lumberton makes the playoffs I would be Happy and support them.

I think that prayer is a way to acknowledge that God is sovereign Lord over the game. It is a way to show honor to the one who gives us our breath. It offers divine protection to the players coaches and fans. I think prayer is not in our society anymore because not all but a lot of people feel that God and prayer are irrelevant. For centuries past it was assumed that God was there and watched over society as a whole... It really makes me sad that america is almost in a post christian era.

I want PNG to win for to reasons: 1. They are our friends and neighbors across the tracks. 2. To shut up all the Lumberton fans.(Lumberton does have a good team but enough is enough)

the reason I wrote this thread is because I read on another thread that ozen has a good secondary and that we kinda play into there strengths... I was thnking maybe if we had a more threatening run game it would open up our recievers... I agree that Bass does a good job catching passes out of the backfield. He hits the hole very hard and if he can get into the open field he is dangerous.

may the LORD keep our men and women abroad safe and bring them home safely.

Just curious as a Nederland fan, If our run game is so bad then why not move Gutierrez back to RB. I know it would be a big loss for the Defense, but could it help us on offense more than hurt us on defense?

new caney is 1-4 on the year... I know anything can happen and that lumberton is 2-0 in district. I just think records can be deceiving until you consistently play opponents that will challenge you. In MY OPINION Nederland has done that and Lumberton has not. If you guys beat central tomorrow night yall will definitely be contenders and a real threat to NHS. Good luck

Teams lumberton have played are a combined 4-24 up to this point in the season Teams Nederland have played are a combined 14-12. My point is there is a difference in Nederlands 5-0 vs Lumbertons 5-0. what do yall think? /
