I am not trying to down or discourage the athletes from Lumberton. I know that this season has been long coming for the Lumberton faithful. I am happy for yall... I think yall will make the playoffs. However there are Lumberton fans that are getting way ahead of themselves. I don't believe Yall have beaten a team with more than 1 or 2 win under there belt. Yall have beaten teams that suck other than dayton... they were very short handed when yall played them. Like I said.. beat Central and you have a very good team and very good shot at the district crown.

I don't think Nederland will be afraid. I do think they will be more prepared and more serious. Looks like you guys have a pretty decent team. Looks to be a fun district race. Maybe nederland central and lumberton in no particular order. I still think Nederland wil smoke the L-train.(have to stir the pot)

I really hope lcm pulls it off. Central seems to have grown a little arrogant. It could be just like vidor beating us (Nederland) last year. Humility is a good thing.

I am so glad you brought this post back up. I had almost forgot about this loss. It will make it all the sweeter when our new scoreboard is lit up Nederland 35 Vidor 7.

wow you beat a jv team...well practically a jv team anyways. I wouldn't grab that district crown just yet. I WILL have a lot of respect for this team if they start to beat worthy opponents...like anyone in the district. Time will tell the tale.
