A 2-15 record over the past 2 years will drive most fans away. BTW the record after Bobby August 2nd year at Nederland was 2-18 anybody whos a Nederland fan will tell you how the fan support was it was easy to get season tickets back then.

Vidor has already clinched the 3rd seat in the playoffs. I think its a given that Central will win next week vs. Baytown Lee. A Memorial win and Vidor loss would put Vidor at 5-3 Central at 5-3. I think most people expect Nederland to lose to PNG that would also put Nederland at 5-3 in district. Based on that scenario Nederland would go to the playoffs based on the tiebreaker system. A Vidor win would mean that Nederland would have to beat PNG to make the playoffs.

I’ve seen PNG as a 21 point favorite Over/Under at 61

And to think some people wanted to run coach faircloth out of town for losing to Nederland 6 years in a row. Objectively I have felt that coach faircloth is a good coach for PNG he just needed to cut out the boneheaded play calling.

After Simmons went down with an injury it totally sucked the life out of the Bulldogs last year after being up 21-13 infact, didn't score another point after that. Hopefully it'll be an injury free MCM this year.

I think Cleveland will be grouped with Dayton, Barbers Hill, Nederland, PNG, Vidor, and Central. It looks like Crosby will go 5A division 1 at this point, If the UIL plans on 8 16 team districts for 5A Division 1 and 2 the question is will Livingston stay 5A or drop to 4A? If Livingston stays 5A and the UIL plans for 8 team districts then Livingston will probably be the 8th team.
