Where are the charges oh smart one?........ Seems like an insurrection as you speak would come with lengthy prison sentences...... .....and charges other than vandalism and/or simple trespass...... those charges sounds like something someone who rioted and broke windows during a BLM protest would be charged with.....

Then SURELY taking over a couple city blocks and chasing cops out of their own police station is an insurrection, right?

I'm going to go out on a limb and temporarily agree with you. So where did you get this information? Who was in charge? Where is the proof? Why has no one been charged with anything other than trespassing and/or vandalism? After you explain that, rioters in I believe Portland forced officers out of their station and vandalized the building and sat it on fire........ why do you feel that is not worse than the Jan 6th incident of trespassing and a few broke windows?

Absolutely…….to date not one person in the Jan 6th riot has been charged with seditious conspiracy or insurrection……and if they do, that rule would apply to many more people in Portland

Before I got into banking I was a big box store manager. While I agree with the intent of your post, too many things can happen when you lock up criminals with law abiding customers. You could literally create a hostage situation.

I can only speak for me. After running a very successful discussions page on Facebook with over 4000 members, I have come to a couple conclusions. 1. To have a conversation, you must listen to the other person, and race conversations always become negative because both sides spend majority of time trying to win versus trying to listen.... Plus both sides are very passionate about the subject. 2. We live in a climate that if you disagree, you must hate. If you don't agree with the gay lifestyle, you are automatically deemed homophobic......If you don't agree with BLM, you're racist.......so, most sensible folks just elect to not comment or engage in conversation out of fear of being labeled. So, I'm very careful in what and how I comment on things. You can stand up for your race but be prepared to be challenged every time and ask yourself if it's worth it. I know, for me, it's not worth it. I have found that REAL life is much different that "internet" life.

I have to agree with PAMFAM10 We have to stop judging one incident and putting it on an entire race or community. If this dude was black, fine, but he does not represent the black community.....
