Their are stronger teams in 3a other than Wo-s especially in division 2 Navasota will be waiting on wo-s trust me and their offense and defense is just as good as wo-s, the Silsbee game will be a good one , sure it will be hard for Silsbee to win but you never know what will happen with these 2 teams ,neither one will probably win state though, Silsbee will probably go 3 rounds on d1, and wo-s the same but d 2 will be more loaded than d1 so if wo-s does win it all it will be well deserved, come next year Silsbee will win district wo-s will have to replace their defense.

Me personally I think Silsbee coach will play to win but also try to stay healthy going into the playoffs, Silsbee will play hard but the game is really meaningless other than the district title and bragging rights ,Silsbee has a chance to go deep in the playoffs with the way things are shaping up. Wo-s has a great defense but their offence can take a while to get going so if Silsbee can take advantage of that and put a couple of scores on the board first then tigers defense will play lights out as well , we may not be Wo-s caliber on defense but the tigers can bring it to.

Since Huffman loss to shepherd how will that affect who the tigers will play in the first round

We all know it probably will be Silsbee and wo-s for the district title I'm a huge tiger fan and always will be , but I am really nervous about wo-s they will probably shut out everyone in our district , we have to find better offensive play if we expect to compete with them their defense is the real deal. I think our tigers will rise to the occasion but come that week I would put a ton of focus on the offensive line and protect reed every way possible Silsbee coaches will need a super game plan and a monumental effort to win that game , but the good news is it can be done tigers we lace up just like they do. Good luck tigers keep on winning.

After all the real good teams Yates have beaten bad you would not think kingwood park would play yates like Yates.

You guys say no way Silsbee comes within 30 points of Yates but kingwood park barley lost to Yates in the 2nd or 3rd round last year and Silsbee did beat kingwood park a few years back but what did kingwood park do to slow down and almost upset Yates last year in the playoffs.

What will it take for Silsbee to be recognized nationally maybe if they get to play Yates and somehow upset them ,even if not I wish they could continue to play teams like that and really build a solid program.

Silsbee needs to install some kind of a pro set offense package or something different against w-os and in the playoffs everyone knows what Silsbee does on offense they need to be more creative

I would like to know who Silsbee will be playing in the north shore tournament, plus I hope Silsbee gets to play Yates even if they lose it will help the tigers , it would some good to play national talent they are not afraid of the big boys anyway they did play Kimball and was only down by 3 at the half last year and Kimball beat Yates again to win the state title last year so you never know what could happen , heck I would like to see Silsbee play in the Nike invitation in Aldine.
