  1. I think more of the reason people prefer the Cowboys stadium, is because AT&T is more of an experience for the kids & the fans. I’ll never forget the feeling of walking onto the field there for the first time in 2018 & seeing 50,000+ in the stands along with the gigantic Jumbotron. Versus being at NRG it was just another game when we played there. Sure there needs to be some type of rotation but there’s no other stadium in the state that’s more accommodating than AT&T in my opinion. Most college campuses are a no go now due to the CFP 1st round games & the Alamodome is simply a terrible venue. So where could they possibly host the games?
  2. I agree there should be a rotation…however I don’t feel there’s a viable solution. If I remember correctly when it got hosted at NRG the attendance number were some of the lowest in history.
  3. Please don’t do me no favors I’m here for it bum lol I actually get a kick out of showing how inept y’all are on here. You was begging for my attention now you got it.
  4. You ain’t qualified to know what a quality candidate is lol y’all can’t get out the first round in PA with all them athletes. I watched the film…offensive/defensive schemes are rudimentary over there. Sit this one out big dog
  5. Let me guess we should be discussing Morgan bum arse huh? 🤣🤣🤣
  6. Nothing I say is outlandish I only speak from a place of fact & experience…y’all think they’re outlandish cause y'all don’t know any better. I def sneezed at that fact because I’ve experienced first hand what it takes to have a success football program & Beaumont is 20 years behind when it comes to that. I’ve learned from other great coaches that “good coaches don’t take bad jobs” & that’s something I stand by. And why would I have gone from NS to a small school…if you look at the former position coaches that left NS they all are HC or coordinators at 6A programs…make it make sense Soulja.
  7. I don't any program that’s serious about athletics allowing coaches to coach & be in admin. In fact most big time football programs only allow their coaches to coach football i.e Duncanville. Also you should know Aggie that salaries aren’t based on classifications…I have coaching buddies that aren’t making over 6 figures as position coaches in HISD at 4A programs. Ain’t nobody going beat down the door to coach at WOS for 50k a year bud sorry.
  8. You don’t just so happen get to coach at a place like North Shore & secondly you don’t just so happen to win 3 state championships in 4 years. You’re so uninformed as to what goes into coaching that you think being a position coach is a bad thing. When they’re the ones that does all the coaching 🤣🤣 but I forgot you think a title makes someone a good coach. Fun fact: at most good programs the HC is simply a figure head/administrator of the program. Jon Kay didn’t call not one play in any of those state championship games we won. And that’s not to discredit him because he’s a phenomenal person/coach but that’s just the reality. Lastly as I’ve told you several times & proven to you outside of this site, I run a multi-million dollar company why would I go coach? I’m kinda convinced you’re stupid Soulja.
  9. Was probably doing both because the pay is so bad there…
  10. Ahhh gotcha I stand corrected, but knowing this even furthers my point about WOS.
  11. Removing the AD isn’t going to change anything lol the AD ain't played not one down of football.
  12. Point being he wasn’t actively coaching before he got the Head Coach gig. He’s now the head coach which makes him a “former” principal.
  13. I ain’t worked a job in over 3 years, secondly WOS can’t afford me either. Third WOS is 4A & the pay is terrible. That is considered a bad job in my opinion, hence why y’all hired a former principal to coach football lol
  14. Sounds like this was the train of thought when y’all hired Hickman 🤣🤣
  15. I think any coach with 3 state titles on their resume like myself would be at the forefront…unfortunately BISD can’t afford me lol Secondly I’ve enough during my coaching days to know that “good coaches don’t take bad jobs”
  16. With the current state of BISD…this job would be career suicide for anyone who takes it. Neither BISD school has the talent, facilities or administrative structure to build a successful program. Until BISD gets one HS & an overhaul of the admin I wouldn't recommend anyone to even consider this job.
  17. Because I’ve been apart of it & understand what actually goes on. Y’all are discrediting these schools & coaches success and the programs they’ve built. Accusing them of cheating with no facts to back your statements. Is it these schools fault that kids want to be apart of the success these programs have created? Are they supposed to shut the door on these kids? Is it the district’s fault that they value athletics & open their doors to anyone who wants to attend school there. Tell all the districts who aren’t open enrollment to make their districts open enrollment & let’s see how many power 5 kids are knocking the doors down to attend school there like these other programs. No need to wine & complain about it…kids are transferring left & right at the HS and college level deal with it. Simple
  18. It is also a fact that NS has never been sanctioned for such violations before this coached arrived…you missed my entire point lol
  19. Well PNG folks y’all better hope this law doesn’t get passed lol [Hidden Content]
  20. My statement wasn’t referring to anything you posted…simply stating to you the dumb stuff other posters were posting on here which was indeed stupid & racist. Maybe you aren’t reading the same things as me lol
  21. The type to call out when I read it…you got people like you on here saying kids won’t do anything in life after football because they attend SOC 🤣🤣🤣 And that ain’t stupidity & racism? Lmaooo
  22. The text messages he sent to kids said nothing about them transferring to NS…this issue was brought about from a piss poor coach (Delaney HC) who had it out for NS! I’ve told this story plenty of times. Learn the facts big dog
  23. You clearly don’t read very well…because I clearly said all you need is a teaching certificate that’s in good standing & be able to pass a background check. However that still has nothing to do with who actually “hires” football coaches. I see you really don’t have a clue how that works. You still didn’t address this part, 20+ years of NS being a successful/dominant program & never not once has these violations came about…let me guess they hid the recruiting for all these years & a brand new coach finally got caught huh? All the other coaches on staff were investigated as well for recruiting after this incident & nothing was found. But you’re going to tell us that they hired a brand new coach to do all the recruiting for the program huh? Lol
