Yup not sure what happened since then. But he got the call informing him he got the job.

Either way it ain’t enough to compete at the 5A/6A level! Make one big brand new school hire a good HC (it’s plenty in that area) and you’ll retain those kids.

I’m hearing things got very interesting at the board meeting tonight. Very disgruntled board members about the hiring process.

Only way any of the Baytown schools will have a chance to be competitive is if they combine then all into one school. Ain’t enough talent in Baytown for 3 separate HS.

Not sure how true it is but my sources say Stowers is actually in the mix for this job!

I can confirm that only one person on this list actually got an interview for this job & that’s Drenard. First round of interviews are being conducted today.

Only on SETX does state championship rings not speak volumes 🤣 & the difference between me & the rest of the posters on here I actually lived the stuff y'all get on here & pretend to be experts about and I’m stamped by a HOF coach in Jon Kay. So again I could care less about your opinions my friend.
