I’m been playing nice. Once we go into playoffs I’ll be rooting for the Pirates. You remember at the beginning of district started we talked About the top 3  LCM, Vidor and Lumbo would be coming out of the Golden Triangle. I’m happy to see it honestly.

You spoke it into existence. I'll definitely be rooting for all the playoff teams in our district....

...unless we meet in *dun* *dun* *dun* round three? 👀

NG.  Got District MVP as a Junior.  Unusual for a NG, and even more so for a Junior.  Amazingly only two that I know of, Lamar and Tulane I think.  Perhaps his height, 6’1” (270) is a negative?  I know he’s a handful, and no doubt, if you watch him, you’ll see some creative holding by the OL, even with double & triple teams.

Newcomer of the Year in 2019 as well. But your spot on with height and weight! lol

Does he have any offers yet? Is he a nose tackle or anchor end?

He plays Nose Guard, but just Tulane and Lamar right now. But he was just invited to play in the Border Wars All-Star game against SWLA (first ive heard of that game) on NYE, so hopefully that helps get his name out there.

Don't it seem like it ? 🤣 Inconvenient  to say the least . Just imagine if Ronnie Woods wouldn't have blocked the overpass they were going to build over HWY 90 years back out of fear of losing business

good ole Ronnie Woods, that man did not like me when I worked for him out of high school.😂

Not sure what’s going on with you guys but damn... Now we gotta stop the whole numerical order from 1 through 99 to beat Lumberton. It used to be a lot easier than that… Why can’t we just keep it simple and stop the QB? Don’t let the quarterback get comfortable, chase him off his spot all night long.

Hit em all and let the athletic trainer sort em out…

Agreed, defensive game plan is probably based alot around LC-M's offense. Just need to get lots of pressure on the QB and make him scramble and get uncomfortable and force him to make a decision.

Last time I brought it to the attention of the side gate people, near the visitors entrance gate, that I just wanted to drop off someone by the gate who was in a wheelchair & then I would go park elsewhere, I was told by a not so pleasant women with a Vidor Police Officer standing next to her to "...move that car now, or I'll  have it moved for you."  I obliged & parked at the back of the parking field, having to push my friend's wife all the way from the car to the stands.  As I passed the two lovely individuals who had spoken to me earlier, they had their backs turned to me.  However, I could not resist yelling out, "I appreciate all the help officer, you too M'aam."  I still love the atmosphere at Vidor.  I am sure these two individuals are not representative of all of the people in Vidor.  I have some very good friends there.

I'm sorry to hear that, I don't understand why that officer wouldn't let you someone out right there with a wheelchair, she must of been on one. I would've been sarcastic too, trying to ask for help. I can't stand rude people like that. Glad you didn't let those few individuals make you think otherwise of Vidor. Anybody else would've gladly helped you out.

I’m guessing #99 (Jordan Smith) is one of the most dominant defensive linemen I’ve ever seen, if not the most.  Kid gets doubled or tripled every play.

One of the most dominate in the area and still doesn't get the interest from colleges like he should. One thing I'll never understand.

Someone said the other day that Vidor ran the West Coast offense.  At my son's middle school game, that was far from it! I don't think I saw one single pass from the Pirates!

I think you may be referring to when Vidor ran pistol formation last year. We went back to the Slot T this season.
