A lot of crazy games tonight BC hanging in with West Orange was another. Orangefields first quarters were horrible they couldn’t hand the ball off without a fumble.

I expect Kville to pull this one out. But could be low scoring if Tarkington will use 44 and control the clock. Watch for both teams to use the onside kick in this one. Kville trying to close the door early and Tarkington to try and control the momentum.

I want to say HF by 13 but I just have this sneaking suspicion that WOS wins by 6

36-35 Anahuac

Sorry lol I was trying to be sarcastic. I guess it didn’t come off as such. Anahuac was running a 5-4 most of the night which should’ve killed the run. So I was saying that maybe the nickel would’ve worked. In my on weird way.😂

Hmm hard to say. The slot t works good against the defense Anahuac runs but will not work good against the nickel. Anahuac could’ve ran that 5 yard out with number 5 all night and the bobcats would’ve never stopped it. Anahuac offense looked better in my opinion it was more refined and Orangefields relied on someone on the defense making a mistake and it capitalized on that. So know I don’t think it worked better than Anahuac but it will work grade against the remaking opponents in district if the backs and linemen stay healthy.

The Orangefield player lead with the head as well as left his feet (launching). Still don’t agree with it (targeting) but by UIL it was definitely targeting. The Anahuac kid should’ve got on sportsman like conduct his was actually a headbutt in my opinion.

Sometimes it did sometimes it didn’t. They got the win so though some might have been the wrong play overall I’d say good job coaches.

Yeah as of now unless they change the distric numbers we will be down again for the next 2 years. We are about 40 kids short of moving up

I’m not sure it will be a run away but think it will be a descent game as long as Orangefield plays physically and lasts all 4 quarters. I know it’s not really comparable Because things change with each team week to week but one stat to look at Is: 9/13 HF vs EC: HF by a Touch Down 26 - 19 10/4 HF vs SHP: HF by a Touch Down 15 - 8 9/13 OF vs SHP: OF by a Touch Down 27 - 21 I know different weeks different offenses. Just saying I don’t see this being an easy game for either. I’m really looking forward to this one.
