Game 2 came down to 2 things not scoring with bases loaded and no outs when you’re not hitting with runners on base you are not going to win too many Baker’s mistake pitching Valdez that has been bad the last few starts

Nice thought but rest assured it is not happening. Nederland loses to PNG and TC They simply can’t get it done on defense and special teams and I will be very surprised if they score more than 7 vs PNG and more than 14 vs TC

All 3 phases of the game are important Nederland’s offense- much improved from last season; defense- possibly a fraction better ( DL better, LB’ers fair, secondary still as bad as last year); special teams- not good at all add this up and you will know why they will finish 4-3 in district and 4-6 non district and district and 4-7 after 1 and done in playoffs

If this happens and Marshall wins out Nederland will be the 4 seed at 4-3 in district That means Dayton loses to Marshall-3 losses and TC will also beat Dayton PNG 7-0 TC 6-1 FBM 5-2 Ned 4-3

If Nederland beats GP they will be the 4 seed unless Dayton beats Marshall by 5 or less, then the Bulldogs will be 3 seed and Dayton 4 seed

Yes, probably need a drug test on the poster that stated Nederland’s defense is better than PNG’s. It is not even close. PNG plays defense and Nederland does not. For the poster that thinks Nederland is getting better, he is right from how they were last year vs this year, however saying that, their 3 wins are against some very weak teams and Marshall had scored a total of 7 points vs PNG and TC. Again Nederland’s defense isn’t close to PNG’s

A lot closer than I thought penalty’s just hurt a bunch. 4-7 is still much improved from 2-8 last season. They will make playoffs after a win vs GP unless Dayton upsets FBM in a close contest Big Ned will be 4-1 and 4-4 as they go into mid county madness and will be 4-6 after TC

Yes they are certainly improved from last season and should be better next when the juniors become seniors 2-8 last season, I predict 4-7 this season, next season should be at least 6 wins

Yes I understood your point and you are probably right The majority of my posts come from frustration on teams I root for I am simply not a fan of poor football, poor coaching, and underachievement I probably shouldn’t post after being totally disappointed watching underachieving teams, but usually have to let the facts out on how bad they played, whether it be bad coaching, a lack of talent, etc

I guess you thought the defense looked pretty good vs the cardinals and 49ers and Prescott is beginning to lead the league in interceptions When is the last time they have won a superbowl Please remember that all these experts talked about this being their big year and how fantastic Quinn is Had a pretty good OC last year. It seems all McCarthy believes in is 3 yard routes I don’t care if the glass is half empty or half full. I believe in obvious facts and as of right now the Cowboys are not even close to being good

Quinn’s defense is the most overrated defense in the NFL, They have to have the worst secondary in the NFL. McCarthy’s play calling is bad and you simply can’t win with Prescott at QB. The 49ers are embarrassing them

FBM not scoring much Nederland’s offense is much better than last year. I can see them possibly getting 14. Nederland’s defense is not very good, so I will predict FBM about 28-14

Brubaker, I was a Bulldog all my life, graduated from Nederland and have always been a Bulldog fan. I can tell by your wording in your previous post that your are not a native Bulldog

Picking a side has nothing to do with posting good vs bad football. No disrespect to Nederland, just posting facts. prime example; 2-8 last season(very bad football). 3-3 as of now(much improved) will make the playoffs this season unless Dayton upsets FBM all your wanting Brubaker is too only post how good the Dogs are, forget the obvious, just post the good stuff Everyone that posts on this board , post on their opinion

Have I said that I was a Nederland hater. No, I have not and I am not. I would love for the Bulldogs to win every game My opinions come from observing the Bulldogs as I watch them play and posting facts about what I see Believe me, I know good football from poor football I congratulate them when they win and do not when they lose. If you read my post correctly, you have seen my Bulldog apology when they beat Dayton(I missed that prediction) If you have observed all of my posts the past 2 seasons, you should note that they are about 98 percent correct You May not like them, however IMO they are correct

Yes they did. Simply not scoring much but defense not giving up many points 7 to PNG and 15 to TC. Nederland will have a hard time scoring many points vs FBM. Hopefully they can score enough for the win

Appears that the Dog defense stepped it up in 2nd half. Another nice win 3 in a roll. Will go into the PNG game at 4-4 and 4-1 in district Looks like playoff bound at 4-6 and 4-3 in district Nice recovery from last year
