Dude United blows. They underachieve so bad it’s not even funny. The problem with Beaumont is they want to “please the community” when they hire a guy instead of hiring the right guy. Need someone there who isn’t a hype guy or a push over. They need a real deal disciplined football coach who knows football. As for WB, you try replacing a guy going to A&M at QB and see how well it works out for you.

The OC developed a number of really good QB's at West Brook. One a WRS finalist and then followed that with one that won the WRS. He also helped Bryce Anderson develop into a much better passer. Have some faith in these guys. Head coach actually really cares and pushing to make that program better. It's not an overnight transition from the slot-t to the spread. Also, how many kids for BC were out due to injury/covid?

Now the OC/QB coach. He's also been at Lamar, Colorado State, Florida and SFA since at Warren. Great guy and coach, I just believe Warren is a tough place to win in football. Not saying it isn't a great place because I've never been there just seems tough to win.

Exactly, not saying they are going to recruit at LCM but can you be mad a kid who moves schools because he feels like someone is actually going to try and win? Not knocking the coaching around SETX but I hear from people at a lot of different schools that the coaches don't really care that much. And no Im not referring to coach mathews as one of those.

If we’re really here in the best interest of the kid, just open the district and let a kid pick which HS they want to go to. Why keep a football and/or basketball player hostage at a school they don’t want to be at because their parents live on a certain side of a particular highway?

Smalley is doing a good job with the program. It’s tough they bumped back up but with the way Orangefield is growing they will have to get used to be on the smaller side of 4a. Gonna be a tough one but let the grass grow tall, run the sprinklers all week (like Vidor) and watch the Bobcats come out with the W! WHO BELIEVE!

Guys, its rankings. It doesn't mean anything. As long as both teams stayed healthy just get ready for district, get in the playoffs and make some noise. Everyone knows when playoffs start the rankings go out the window.

Hodges is one of the best out there, he always has a plan and knows how to get his guys outplay expectations.

Agreed. Very tough kid, strong too. A good track season this year would’ve helped him with the home run speed like McGrue 2 years ago.

Buddy of my coaching at Newton told me about this kid like 3 years ago, looks talented as hell just raw. If Guidry at WB can stay healthy he will be towards the top for sure. Foxall has been a stud since stepping onto campus at WB. A little overshadowed on the freshman team 2 years ago by Bryce Anderson. Talk about a talented backfield at WB with Anderson-Guidry-Foxall
