Fannett had success last year because of 2 move ins showed up after the coach got hired.

Nah I’m saying they are seeing a trend guys coming to Fannett from getting recruited that’s athletic reasons.

Hey it’s real simple there is a trend, 4 players in a year and if they never got those players Fannett doesn’t win 10 games.

Everyone sees the trend, why else did he transfer to Fannett?? His dad was coaching him by the way talk talk , why wouldn’t you want to be coach by ur dad?? Also Fannett wouldn’t have been good if they didn’t have the 2 moves in last year, the have 4 in less than a year just doesn’t add up go me.

Seems like he transferred to play basketball at Fannett, seems like athletic reasons to me.

Just a trend and it’s looks like they are trying to stop it.

Yeah I hear ya but it doesn’t look good having that many move ins, you have to put a stop to it, it’s against uil rules, these guys are coming to Fannett for a reason!!! Seems to me they are coming to play basketball. If you leave it alone then it’s going to keep happening.

Seems like because they have had 4 move ins in a year span and it looks fishy so they are putting a stop to it. I mean those are a lot of move ins in that span and they are all very good basketball players

By reading all of this it looks like they are hammering Fannett for having 4 new move ins in a year span and that seems like recruiting to me but who knows, you never know what with uil. Kelly is private school so it’s a easier process transferring to a public school usually won’t get to much flack for that.

It’s real simple you can’t recruit kids for athletics, Fannett has had 4 new players in a year because of recruiting, they are putting a stop to it, I mean most schools don’t get 4 good move ins in a year that play basketball. It’s not hard to see what’s going on here so it seems like the sups are putting a stop to it.

Yeah I don’t know the story, what I do know you can’t recruit kids to come to your high school maybe they have proof of that but I have no clue but it’s kinda of suspicious that all these new players have came to Fannett in the last year. Big uil no no is recruiting so something else must be out there. These kids just don’t come to Fannett without talking to someone. Move ins happen all the time but 4 good players in a year span doesn’t add up.

What it seems like to me is Fannett has 3 new kids from last year and a new one this year they put 2 and 2 together and figured something isn’t adding up and there is recruiting going on here and it needs to stop. That’s what it seems like is happening but who knows maybe there is more to it.

Yes he could go play there!!!! That looks bad on Fannett part though!!!

I wouldn’t say power but he has turned around one of the worse programs in area and state no doubt about that.

Interesting no Raiders!!! I guess losing a lot from last year is the reason why they aren’t in the top 4 but I do believe Raiders get in but that is quite interesting.

Lumberton will compete and play hard we all know that just interested to see how they play being so young and having McClure.

They lost 5 key guys from last years team, the young guys will have to pick up the slack, did Lumberton have a good freshman and JV group?

So do you think wise could do well at a school like bridge city??? We saw what Sigler did when he went to Livingston. I think some coaches will always just do what the believe in and never have other plans and don’t make adjustments, they have to have some studs to be successful. I think some of these coaches like at png, Lumberton, LCM don’t get enough credit with the personell they have to put on the court year in and year out. I mean does Fannett do what they do if they don’t get the move-ins?? Can guys like Sigler, wise, boutte, Green, Sutherland, Joubert go coach at Bridge city and wins games like they do now??? I don’t think so ..

Coach wise is so overated!!!! Not hard to be a successful coach when you have studs every year and transfers!!!

I think the Lumberton coach does a great job, if you give him some of those cats that some of these other coaches have year in and year out who knows how good he would do!!!! That’s the same for Jeffcoat at LCM and BC coach!!! Those guys can flat out coach and don’t have the talent year in and year out.

We saw what he did at Livingston with no athletes.
