Hope #22 from Nederland is getting looked at.  Kid was a beast this year.

Looks like the varsity scrimmage has been moved to Lamar at 6:45pm. Thank God, we will now have parking and functional plumbing on our side.

If our QB play doesn't get any better, I think PNG wins by two or three td's. Can't afford turnovers and dumb penalties in this game either. I'd love for the Dogs to have their best game of the season Friday night. If we can do that we give ourselves a chance.

Everyone loves to kick you when you're down ned. Especially considering that you have had such success lately. Don't let em get to you. Pick your head and dust yourself off and leave this behind you.

As I read all these pages on the topic I see the word hate and I see hate in the words that are written. A while back a wrist band came out with the initials WWJD on it, What Would Jesus Do. Punishment should always come at a price of a wrong, that's part of the learning, as with this wrong. Racial slurs, whether whose mouth it comes out of, is very rarely intended to be friendly and 99.9% of the people have used some sort of a racial slur. What would Jesus Do, first he would forgive the person who transgress on him them he would talk to him about love and understanding. No one on this earth has ever felt the hate and persecution and oppression that he felt. Forgiveness is something very hard to do and it is not the way of the world. Hate is the way of the world. A wrong has been done and punishment is coming. Will there be forgiveness in the hearts of the wronged? There is a old saying that is true as it ever was "be the better person". I believe it can happen tonight at the football game, I believe these two team can make it happen. Good luck and be safe.

I totally understand your point, but when is enough; Enough?? Listen, I don't want to get on a Soapbox & seem like an opportunistic politician, but most on here agree something more needs to be done. Accountability must be established and prayerfully the young man will realize there are consequences for All actions, good & bad. I will no longer post anything pertaining to this matter out of respect for both communities. Kids are reading & watching our actions so we must be accountable as well. Have a great game BC & WOS. this is what I would love to see happen Friday coach Thompson and coach DuBois  have there teams meet on the 50 yard line before kickoff and kneel in a circle and have a kid say a short prayer CAN THIS HAPPEN

GR running back is sick!

Playing Crosby first really helped us grow up and prepare us for what we are now accomplishing. Cougars D is the best we have seen so far this year. Nice win tonight Dogs and hats off to PNG for not quitting and coming  back.

My oldest was born in 96... Guess what was bought as well in 96.. Yep, you got it... I sat inline for over 24 hours to get my season tickets.. It is what it is... I have 4 in laws coming to town tonight that think they are going to the game, but don't have tickets... Like I told them, you should know better, not my issue.. Ive got mine, and I know every year whether its home or away, I better make sure i get them.. For the whiners online. as I stated, Im out of participant ribbons, but should have some new old stock in by next week if you want some... You can always watch outside the fence... Possibly by helicopter, or rent a man lift and boom above the stadium... Options are endless.... Its gonna be loud, its gonna be crazy, its gonna be good, its gonna be real, its gonna be packed, its gonna be MCM... Goose bumps on the way.... Get READY.... Best ATMOSPHERE in the LAND......

There will be two special running backs on the field Friday night. It outta be a treat!  I did see one our big lineman go down in the first half against Ozen and never return. Hope he is ok and can come back soon...

Yea Buddy sometimes they are in place to make a play and we don't wrap up. But I believe the effort is their. If we can get better on the defensive side of the ball we might have a shot at another DC.
