That’s fair But small schools like Bremond, Dublin, Snook, Flatonia and Grand Saline have it. Some communities have more steady inflow of money than others. But communities that to want to find a way, will make it happen.

They’re also not the only school like this either. Shelbyville is a 2A school, but they have turf. However, go drive by most small schools in the SE Texas area and they don’t. Not right or wrong, just depends on the priorities of each community.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with community necessarily. It is lacking in terms of compensation and facilities.
