The last few head football hires and the applicant list. United hired Graham, who graduated from Central. Last time West Brook was open, they hired Peevey who was on staff. Central hired Jeff Nelson, who had been the head coach at Ozen previously and is a BCP grad. I’d say the last 3 hires all had ties in some way. 3 or so current West Brook coaches are on that list, plus some Beaumont natives. One could make the argument that the probability is high.

Is that former Eagle of the East Texas Green Eagle variety? Possibly Tatum or Canton?

I’d assume it’ll be some of the same pool of candidates for the Buna job

Going off past precedent, my guess is the hire will be someone with Beaumont ISD ties and possibly even West Brook ones.
