WOS-32 Bridge City-0 Remaining Schedule: 7. Silsbee at WOS 8. WOS at Hardin-Jefferson RECORD: 4-0 (team undefeated and unscored on as 7th graders and so far this season as well).

W, LC-M does not become open campus until January. This was their first game as a merged team (A and B combined) so the Stallions may not have been on the same page. Orangefield really had a big size advantage on the line. Bobcat 7th is a good team from what I saw. W.O.-S. 7th grade "B" team won over Hamshire-Fannett I think 22-0 give or take a point or two. The 8th grade "B" team won 24-0 and keep in mind in two years (this and last season as 7th graders) have never been scored on.

Well, all I can say is that it has been two years since my kids were on the Super Bowl Champion Junior Team and I can tell you that all the coaches not only on that team but the rest of them back then ARE top notch coaches and quality people.

Just heard on TV about the very classy move by West Brook students and fans collecting money for Reggie Garrett's family.  I wanted to send out a heartfelt "thank you" on behalf of the Mustang extended family to the West Brook community and everyone who has sent their condolences. It is a tough time for our community and I can't even fathom how hard it is for the Garrett family and his teammates, coaches, and friends. Thanks again.

Why not move the JV games to before the Friday Night varsity and extend the B team games on Thursday? I have kids on a B team and honestly none of those kids get the attention or coaching of the A team, but the coaches do try their hardest. It is just the nature of the beast.

Hoping the 8th grade Mustangs will be even better than last year. We will see every year is a new challenge. Kinda hard to improve on both "A" and "B" teams going undefeated and unscored on as 7th graders.

Speaking as a dad from Orange with two Bronco leaguers...you did the Triangle proud already....good luck to those kids in the future.
