[/quote] Good post, I would not mind Lamar staying FCS a while and competing in the playoffs year in and year out and who knows maybe a National Title.  Think about it, since the SLC now is the sponsor or whatever there are for the FCS National championship game so the NC game is in Frisco just think of all the Lamar fans that would be able to make the drive up to watch the game.

Just happened to run into Mr. Simmons today at the Montange over looking the field and he said they did not plan on letting people stand on the grass at this weekends game cause if they did they would prob have to replace it monday cause it has not had time to grow.

I sat next to some people at the game last night that was bad mouthing the coaching decisions on play calling and had no Idea on what a penelty was.  Im glad they were out supporting Lamar but wish they could have just been quiet.  Just negativity gets me thats all.

The deadline is June 1 but has to be postmarked by May 25 incase it gets to NCAA after June 1.  Im guessing 2011 is cause all the expansion takes effect 2012.
