  1. "sagging" man, is NOT a basketball term...It is a slang for not playing solid defense OR it could be misunderstood by those not trained to have a basketball eye for a match up zone.... ;)

sagging man is a slang for help defense. It is not a slang for not playing solid defense. You are sagging off your man to help on the ball. Since we all know that it is the ball we are trying to stop from going in the basket

I know what a sagging man stands for, I was being sarcastic to BLUEDOVE...By the way, I never taught a "sagging" man defense, I call it HELP defense...sagging just sounds like a LAZY term, doesn't it? 8)

I agree, it should never be called sagging.

  3. OK guys, when I go over there as head coach (or assistant) I will get a student to keep stats.... ::)...Did I let the cat out of the bag? I am joking guys....Hey, just agree to disagree on this one...Bryson had his hands full and did what he could with what he had...Not having an assistant this year HAD to be tough on the guy...Had to..On the other hand LamarState, all wins AND losses fall in the lap of the head coach...It may not be fair, but it is reality...The captain must take responsibility for HIS ship...Trad, give the guy some slack...He had little to work with, namely NO SCHOLARSHIPS...It will get better, but, I still think that Roc should step in on this one...It woud make a BIG difference in the long run of his OWN program in Beaumont.

u will not be at lamar pa. there is no need for any water boys

  4. So I'm confused...heres the facts. and then I have a question.

Nash wasnt the most deserving player of the MVP award neither of the years he won it nor has he ever been. He just plain ol' didnt deserve it thats a fact.

Nowitzki falls into the same category.

    I CAN PROVE IT

Be honest if you were starting a team and you got to pick one player from the NBA to be on that team any player would it be Nash or Nowitzki? Doubt it.

Question: Does anyone think Nash deserved the MVP either of the years he won it?

    yes i do

  5. yes boutte told me, what your role was in the developing perk. When he got thirsty you got of your ass and provided him with high quality H20
