A great pitching performance by Arreghetti 8 Ks 1 hr thru 6 tied 1-1 thru 8 Abreu way off lose 4-1. Seattle loses 4-3 so still 3 up. We just left too many on again. That has to improve somehow.

Well now 3 up with a 2 hit shutout 2 to 0. Left bunches on base . Javiar with no hitter through six, great pitching. De Los santos gives up the 2 hits and gets the win and believe it or not Ort the save. Need to figure out how to give our good pitchers some run support.

It is unusual for first and second place teams to be in a slump at the same time. IMO I still think it's because of all the lineup changes etc. that the Stros just can't gel. I still think and hope they can still win the division. I don't think a wild card will be out of our division.
