There were extended timeouts which, at the time, appeared to be TV/commercial related. Fact: There was a lady on Huntsville's sideline that during these extended periods would be on the field about 3-4 yards. There either would be an official or non official standing next to her. The play would not start until she said so. She did this by rotating her arm in the fashion of when the ref wants the clock to start. She rotated her arm, the ref blew the whistle and the teams returned to the field and play resumed. I believe Huntsville broadcast their games. I thought the extended timeouts were related to this. I saw the scissor lifts and thought the same. I also saw 2 high quality cameras on the top row on the 50 yard line fenced off in purple fencing. Interestingly, I never saw anyone operate these cameras. Now, were they being remotely operated? Didn't watch long enough to tell. But, I did periodically look and they never seem to move from the original spot I first saw. So, again, not sure what the deal was.
