I agree with ECBucFan the rendition of the National Anthem was Terrible as were some of their fans. One man sitting behind their coach was hollering for #15 (donte) to come meet him in the parking lot and he would take care of his ass, not once but several times during the game. Totally classless. A grown man taunting high school kids, what a jerk.

Congratulations BUCS for a hard played game last night, we lost to a superior team, but you never quit. You made East Chambers proud with your performance.

I guess this topic is kinda off the subject, but when you spend every tues. and friday in the gym watching 3 and sometimes 4 games a evening you sure get hungry. Then throw in tournaments and you really begin to appreciate when there is something more than frito pies for supper. :D

During football season everyone talks about who has the best concessions. My vote goes for East Chambers during basketball season, their gumbo has to be the best around.

East Chambers Girls defeated Anahuac 78-49 last night.... Their record goes to 15-1 and 4-0 in district. Their only loss has been to Woodville by 2 at the buzzer during the Big Sandy Tournament.

Its been exciting at East Chambers lately. Coach Petrino and staff of arkansas were in town last week and his assistants were at the game monday. Baylor was there also. Iowa state and arizona coaches have been regulars at games and basketball practices. Rice has also been checking him and Mcdonald out too. I heard after the kountze game, baylor may also be interested in Mcdonald. Guess we will know the answer soon.

Thats not true. At the recent EC vs kountze game the Kountze AD made several East Chambers adults move from an open section of the bleachers to the corner section. The section was not identified as home or visitors and this was prior to the game of the JV boys. This was not an unruly bunch of adults it was School Board members and Teachers from Winnie who had kids playing. When they complained he told them to either move or leave.
