We need to leave him alone and remember that for folks who are not WOS fans, this game was a moral victory. WOS fans don't live by the moral victory creed but some people do and that is what makes the world go round. Congrats to Liberty!!! You EXPOSED the Stangs like never before. Your game plan was pure genius and you kept a high powered offense off the field for 37 minutes. Your usage of every second of the game clock worked as planned and you scored on the Mustangs which was the first td in 2 years by a district opponent. All in all it gave the Mustangs a new task to overcome and you shook up the world!!!! The halftime score pretty much rocked the state and sent shockwaves throughout the Region as fans across the state "OOOHed" with amazement. You did something that to many seemed impossible and we applaud you on this day. God bless Liberty and good luck to you for the rest of the season. May your time of possession be long and your yardage plentiful. There that should make him happy! hahahahaha

I WIll be the first to tell you that Liberty did not EXPOSE A WEAKNESS, they (we) came with a different gameplan and Coach Taylor tried out coaching Coach Thompson. With that gruesome offense Liberty ran they still only rushed for 2-3 yards a play with the exception of a few nice pick up plays. Its physics. & I made the claim before every team WOS has played place how they play weekly . If you dont respect WOS enough to go out and play keep away as much as possible, your coach isnt the smartest branch on the tree. Moreover, if any team in the state plans to beat them in 4a Div II look for it to be played somewhat like Liberty did, if Gilmer makes it to state and plays WOS and play how they played the past two years look for a blow out

It was so bad that they stopped the game because Libertys coach wanted to let Coach Thompson know what had happened and that he would fix the issue. For those that are eager to hear of WOS being exposed then yes if that is what you consider being exposed. So, we should see Giddings, who currently scores 37 points a game or Lorena or Bellville, who both score about 33 a game, junk or adjust their current offense in favor of an offense that appeared to be the football equivalent to the late Dean Smith's 4 corners offense at Carolina?  Hey Blackflag, do you see Matt Turner going to Poppy Brown and telling him this week, "I know you have thrown for over 3,000 so far this year and we are scoring about 50 points a game, but I think we are gonna junk the spread for this offense that I saw Liberty run against West Orange-Stark and I thought that they moved the ball easily?"
Giving up yards is one thing, giving up points is another.  And for all of yards that Liberty gained, for all of the time that they ate up, for all of the plays that they made that were taken away by the officials, themselves or the alignment of the stars, they were able to increase the points per game allowed average for West Orange-Stark from 2.9 points per game to an alarming 3.3 points per game.

After reading all of this post what I don't seem to understand is the definition of EXPOSED. If WOS was truly exposed and Liberty had the ball 37:27 minutes and the final score was 32-7 then IF WOS never got another possession and the game extended 12 more quarters so Liberty had time to score the 25 points that they lost by. At the end of this total EXPOSURE, Time of possession roughly would be Liberty 181:27 Minutes, WOS 10:33. To sum up your definition of "Exposed", Liberty would need three more complete games to score enough points to win while shutting out WOS. Now I understand being exposed.

You sound worse than an 8 year old girl crying because her Britney Spears cd got scratched. Someone please tell oldschool2 that hes right and that WOS was exposed and that Liberty ran over WOS and they held the ball for over 60 plays and that Liberty isn't as good as others we will play so we better watch out. Some act like they are mad WOS only scored 32. I find that comical, but I also see similarities to Gilmer in 2014. We had the second highest point total in a season that year, and everyone complained when we didn't win by 50+. It almost caught up with us in the last game against y'all. Sometimes it's good to get hit in the mouth just a little. Makes you better in the long run.

They ran their Wing T as usual later in the contest but I would say that 80 percent of the game was an offense called the Double Wing which is comparable to the SlotT on steroids! I have seen this offense in lil league programs for years but never in high school! It was efficient, it ran tons of time off the clock and they would wait till the play clock reached 3 seconds every time before they ran a play! So it was ball control and good old fashioned ground and pound! It was not much fun to watch but it gave WOS a chance to prepare for whatever someone may throw at them! I promise you that others will try this on the Stangs but the result will be the same! The Double Wing is very hard to defend and to be honest if they continue to run it they will go deep in the playoffs! The craziest thing about that game is that they only scored 7! If this was any other defense having to face what we saw tonight they would have scored 40 easily! Great job by both teams and no injuries! It was FNF at its best

I feel as if HJ will find a way to slow down the Liberty back that everyone has seen this year and is running the ball like a grown man. Stack the box and force them to throw which is still not their forte! HJ has 4 returning DBs and should be able to make some big plays if they can force bad throws. I will take HJ in a close one for the WIN!!!!!!
 

In the Celina vs Community highlight which can be found on Max Preps. You can view a clip which at the 1:38 mark clearly shows the Celina Qb (Pingleton) walk over to the pile and stomp on an opposing players ankle by placing all of his weight on it. The Community player tries to get up but is in too much pain to do so and when I saw the video my mouth dropped that he would even do something like that. What is worse is the Celina faithful on Fox Sports Friday Football app that are actually trying to blow it off and that is down right sad. I hope the UIL gets a hold of the video and sends out a message that intentionally hurting another player is not to be taken lightly. What was he thinking and why did he do it?

If I may interrupt the back and forth banter for a moment, I would like to officially be the first to say that Liberty will go 4 rounds deep this year and I truly think they have the potential to do so just from what I have seen so far! I will be there Friday night!

i agree completely. What stops the larger classification schools from scheduling WOS? Is it because if they win people will say they're suppose to because they are larger? and if they lose it looks bad losing to a smaller classified school even if its wos so its lose lose? or what's the deal with that
