  1. he also went to state prison for dealing crack.... a felony... Would you defend a Klansman like you're defending TurdX? They are one and the same. See, this is one of the major differences in you and me. I'm willing to accept a *change* in a man's life such as George Wallace the obvious racist into George the human being. Whereas, you can accept X's old life as a drug dealer. Once you are able to move on from this old news, then maybe we can start discussing his politics more in detail. We might find that you and I aren't that far apart in agreement. But I won't hold my breath No, once again you are totally wrong. I am totally willilng to accept a change in a person's life. However, TurdX hasn't changed. Just two days ago he vowed to tear Lumberton to the ground. Do you condone that? You didn't answer my question either. Would you today defend the head of the KKK? TurdX is a different side of the same coin as the KKK.
  2. The traveling hate show is making its way around Texas.

  4. I think one of their goals is to make it known that people are aware and watching the progress of the case and won't tolerate any shoddy investigations. Sometimes it's just a necessity to keep a good fix on a potential problem. It is what it is! It is what it is and your sugarcoating it. Crackdealer X is a thug, racist, no two ways about it. Don't try to put lipstick on a pig. I've tried a few chemistry projects in my day that I probably shouldnt have does that make me a thug or crackdealer? NO, dealing crack and being convicted of selling crack, and going to prison for dealing crack makes you a thug and a crack dealer. So once a racist-always a racist? Remember, George Wallace repented his old racist ways. Surely an ex crack dealer can do the same. Well I haven't seen nor heard of him repenting his racist ways. Telling people to go mug "white folks" isn't racial friendly you know. I see we've found the Quantell X Love group on setxsports. 8)

  7. LOL I hope that the game wardens have plastic tape measures.
  8. What jobs? speaking of gross generalizations... Well Turd X was a crack dealer before he went to prison and became who he is now. He wasn't exactly gainfully employed.
  9. I watched the video on youtube. It was hilarious that this Turd X rabble rouser couldn't preach his message of hate. if more people would stand up to ilk like this then he would have no audience.
  10. Sounds like a tragedy all the way around. The Black Panthers aren't going to make the situation any better either. They need to stay in Houston.
  11. So is it 13" inside or outside spread?
  12. I've never seen a football player maxing out every day during football season. We work on skills needed for football.
  13. Mixed feelings about it.
  14. Actually a turf field has zero connection with text books. The vast majority of text books are paid for by the state of Texas, not the school districts. Not enough books to go around? I highly doubt that. Now towards the end of the year some may have been scattered though. Qualified teachers? that one made me laugh a bit. I would be willing to bet that all of Hardins teachers are certified in their area that they teach. Hence, they are "qualified". If Hardin has been rated unacceptable for the past 3 straight years then the school would have been taken over. I've just never understood why some people want to bash when a district wants to upgrade their facilities.
  15. Why do other communities hammer on those that better themselves? I don't live in PNG district but if they deem it important to better their facilities then good for them. It can only make this entire area more attractive for playoffs which bring in dollars to the entire area. I live about 30 miles away from PNG but if they make their stadium better then some of it may just trickle down to my community. I'm never gonna bash the other man for improving what he has. And from someone that lives in an "industry heavy" community I'm not gonna say anything about the smell. To me it smells like money. There is always a price to be paid for industry and jobs. Most communities will kill for it. Don't let em fool ya. PNG Guys- You got something good going. Don't let the negatives get you down. Be proud of what ya got and where you're going.
  16. Amen to that. I feel for the Lairsey family and extended Deweyville family as well. May God be with you all. That kid was one heck of a competitor and a great kid as well. God speed on his family's recovery.
  17. I'm sure the coach could just take a knee because his ole bum knee has been hurting him a bit or something like that. I'm sure that the parents of the kids who brought this up wouldn't mind their kid sitting the sideline to be fair to some other "heathen unbeliever".
  18. doubt if you must but one of mine is on 100% athletic scholarship and and the other is receiving offers as we go along---sometime the dream pays off Well, good for you, I am glad we have this forum so you can toot your own horn. LOL
  19. Lots of good advice in this post.
  20. No I'm not suggesting that. I'm saying as a whole, I'd take a high school coach over a select coach. In general, I think that high school coaches are better. That doesn't mean that all of them are.
  21. "I'll take a high school coach any day over a select coach."----Your words---both broad and ignorant. I still don't see where it is broad or ignorant. I stand by my statement. As a whole, high school coaches are better. Of course parents think different because select coaches tell parents what they want to here, that little johnny can become a major leaguer. If you can't see that diamondj, you are the ignorant one. You've tolerated some pretty broad posts on the other side of this issue, yet you've remained silent on those. Pretty hypocritical. Read it again Jethro--I said the post was broad and ignorant and I am correct. I have experienced this from all angles--from great high school coaches to some that were less than brilliant and some who were simply reliving their "golden youth" through the team. I have also seen some select coaches that were "turds" for lack of a better term and some are just plain stupid. Most of the coaches in my district are great coaches and fine people. Most are personal friends of mine but I will call a spade a spade when I see it. The long and short of it is simply this: there are good ones and bad ones on both sides of this issue but to say "I will take a high school coach any day over a select coach" is broad and ignorant. You are not correct, you are defining things to fit your view. I'm calling a spade a spade as I'm seeing it.
  22. "I'll take a high school coach any day over a select coach."----Your words---both broad and ignorant. I'd have to agree with Diamond J on this one. Obviously you haven't seen many high school or select coaches. I am sure there are both good and bad from both groups, but I would never say I would take any high school coach over a select coach. The experiences of the majority of the people I know is just the opposite. You must have had one great high school coach and one completely terrible select coach to make a statement like that. I've seen lots of both. And yes there are good and bad on both groups. I still stand by my statement . And yes I did have a great high school baseball coach. I wouldn't trade the experience I had for anything. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, I realize that. I'm speaking from what I've seen, and what I know, and my opinion of the matter.
