What a game! I don't have the stats in front of me, but Nick King had 30+ in this one and Chris May stepped up and made some clutch shots. We were one play away......definitely improving every week.

The Eagles are looking for their first win tonight against 5A Central. The Eagles went 0-3 in the PNG Tournament, losing to Lumberton 4-1 in the first game, and then playing Kelly and Lufkin Hudson in one point losses.

It was 5. Clinton is a crook. I don't believe the Democrats would have won running Bernie Sanders, but it would have been closer. At least Sanders told the truth. He was a socialist and would own it. There were no way Sanders voters would vote for Hillary, she's a con artist.

They are a solid team. Among the three we played at the PNG tournament, Lumberton was the strongest, Lufkin Hudson, and then Kelly.

Hate to say it, but if you are really trying to defend the work of the Feds, you will have a tough road ahead of you.

And thus you prove the point. If states were lynching, the Feds should have stepped in. They didn't because they are inept.

Seeing how 60 years ago an entire race of people was being treated like second class citizens in this country and the Feds stood by and let it happen (or idiots like Goldwater said the Civil Rights Act should be repealed), I don't hold much faith in the Feds protecting civil rights. Our girls held their own tonight, finishing 1-1 in a scrimmage with Memorial. We had a couple of girls that really stepped up to lead. Very excited to be headed into UIL this season, and we started it off on the right foot!

Today, 2pm at the Reservation. PNG is missing a few pieces of their midfield, we are missing a few pieces of our defense, so this should be a good one. Going to be interesting to see how the unranked Eagles stack up with the 5A Indians who are ranked #9 in the region.

I would assume they should be a heavy favorite, but for us to go from winning 1 game the entire season two years ago, to the point that we can play at this level and not get run off the floor, it's pretty encouraging. We'll give em our best shot for sure!

7:30 @ Bob Hope School Gym. We are hoping for a good game tonight. The Eagles had a six game winning streak going but had some injuries that have hampered us. Everyone is back and ready to go tonight, so hopefully we can have a good one!

Not sure on the score, but O'Connell beat OCC by 40, and OCC beat Bob Hope 52-40.
