Rocking game tonight. The Bob Hope gym was filled to capacity. PAM beat us 3-1, but for the first time in school history we took a set from them. #16 for Memorial is a phenomenal athlete. Our girls fell to 8-3 on the season. PANEWS will have a story on the game tomorrow, as they were in the house tonight.

If PAM doesn't do a number on Westside, there is a problem. My hometown team, the Brenham Cubs, beat the living tar out them on Friday night.

Didn't get the score yet, but Bob Hope won 3rd in the Trinity Tournament beating Trinity for 3rd.

Bob Hope beats Colmesneil 25-20, 25-14 to move to 4-1 in the tournament and 7-2 overall. Playing Trinity for 3rd place shortly.

Don't have scores because I'm running our JV tournament today, but our varsity girls lost to Groveton this morning in the championship bracket. Playing Colmesneil next.

That's what happens when you run off a good coach. I'm from down there and the whole town was ticked that they ran off Fedora.

Day One Results, we had a couple of local varsity teams in this one, Port Arthur Lighthouse and Good Samaritan Fred. Lighthouse over Bob Hope JV 2-1 Spurger over Good Samaritan Fred 2-0 Hardin over Orange - 2-0 Hull Daisetta over Bob Hope Fr. 2-0

Bob Hope beat Latexo 25-27, 25-22, 25-14 Bob Hope beat Goodrich 25-6, 25-17 Bob Hope beat Trinity 25-20, 25-19 Went undefeated and came out of day 1 the number one seed. We are 6-1 for the year!

Bob Hope School is holding our first ever tournament starting on Friday. It is mainly a JV/Freshmen tournament, but a couple of Southeast Texas Varsity teams are going to be playing in it: Lighthouse Christian in Port Arthur and Good Samaritan Fred. The Friday Schedule is: 8:00 - Bob Hope JV vs. Lighthouse 9:30 - Spurger JV vs. Good Samaritan Fred 11:00 - Orange Community Christian JV vs. Hardin JV 12:30 - Hull Daisetta JV vs. Bob Hope Freshmen Championship and Consolation Brackets will be played on Saturday.

Starts tomorrow. The Thursday games are: 10am - Coldspring vs. Trinity 10am - Lovelady vs. Colmesneil 11am - Bob Hope School vs. Latexo 11am - Groveton vs. Goodrich Noon - Goodrich vs. Trinity Noon - Lovelady vs. Latexo 1pm - Bob Hope School vs. Groveton 1pm - Coldspring vs. Colmesneil 2pm - Bob Hope School vs. Goodrich 2pm - Latexo vs. Colmesneil 3pm - Lovelady vs. Trinity 3pm - Groveton vs. Coldspring

Well our undefeated run came to an end tonight at Hardin Jefferson. It was a great game though, we lost 25-9, 25-22, 25-21. Our girls came out in awe in the first set, but woke up in the second and third. Hardin Jefferson has some hard hitters for sure and great crowd support for their volleyball team!

This was the first win for our new Head Coach Jacquelynn Kerr, who took over last Monday as the new varsity volleyball coach!
