Did Quincy Cotton get hurt early in the season last year, like against BC? I know he had about 3 GOOD runs last year at the start of the game, and then never came back in the game, and I never heard anything else from him for the rest of the season.

What year did you play?

OH YEAH - Before I forget! WO-S FANS - DON'T skip the half-time show this week! The Strutters drill team is supposd to do a routine they did last week for the Kirbyville game, at the 20th year anniversary of the Strutters performance. IT IS AWESOME! You're Fillies are a class act, and I'm not trying to take away from their performance, but you gotta see this Strutter routine! OK - Yeah, my daughter IS a Strutter, and, yeah, I'm proud and all, but it IS great!

You know, I've been posting with you WO-S guys for 2 1/2 years now, and have only met one of you. You guys want to try to get together before, during, or after the game? I'd love to be able to put a face with a name! PM me or post away if you're interested.

BC has had a chance the last 2 years to pull out the upset over WO-S, and just didn't just quiet get it done. My hat is off to WO-S. You had great teams the past 2 years, but I believe this group will overshadow them. You have the complete package, lacking only in depth. BC has a lot talent, but nobody would know because we don't seem to use it all, for whatever reason. We make silly and costly mistakes at times, we give up big plays at times, we make great stands at times. I don't think we've played anywhere near our potential, but that's my oppinion. While WO-S SHOULD win this game, I would love to see BC put it together for ONE FULL GAME, without holding back, and giving WO-S all they can handle. And since I'm going to hope that's what happens, with no disrespect for WO-S and blind faith in the Cards, BC in a squeaker - BC - 28 WO-S - 27

Knowing quiet a few of the seniors personally, and knowing what kind of athletes and competitors they are, I am a little disappointed in the outcome of the season. I know, as a collective group, they are better than their record and scores indicates. I just don't really feel like they have put together a complete game all year. I'm not being hard on the guys; quiet the contrary. I BELEIVE in them and their ability, but haven't seen it all displayed for a full 4 quarters this season, for whatever reason, and THAT is where my disappointment lies. They have one more shot at proving their potential, and I hope they make the most of it.

What gets me is Kvilleballa runs his mouth on this board on every thread he reads, regardless of whether or not it pertains to KV, BUT NEVER GOES TO A FREAKIN' GAME! Where's the logic in that? Trash talker from afar? Biggest smack-mouth from the next county? HOW CAN YOU SAY YOU SUPPORT A TEAM WHEN YOU WON'T EVEN PAY THE $5.00 FOR A TICKET?

Jack's already had 10 weeks to work on that defense, and it hasn't helped yet, so I don't think one more week will make any difference. That will be the legacy of this Kirbyville team - "We're better than the teams we can outscore". :?
