  2. I have updated based on ALOT of assumptions. If you any info contrary to what is posted, LET ME KNOW!
  3. There is no player in SETX who can carry a team by himself! I believe that is part of BC's problem to date - players and fans alike - Too many think JD is ALL we have, and when we play like it, everyone keys on him, and shuts us down. I'm still waiting for our offense to get to Chapter 3 in the playbook. When we do, no opponent will be ready for it, because nobody has seen it yet! BC over Jasper in a hard-fought battle, WITH NO MORE INJURIES!
  4. #1 - I caught the LC-M @ WO-S game a few weeks ago, and I have to say WO-S. They are very balanced when they NEED to be, they just don't NEED to be very often. Bevil at QB was a big surprise for me - not athleticism, but skill. He had great arm-strength to fire the ball into a narrow opening when he needed to , but he also had excellent touch on a 40 yarder down the side-line. Garrett and Thomas - enough said! Franks was out the night I saw them, but from what I am reading, he is a great receiver, and not the only target in the routes, either! #2 - Silsbee has the O-line size and skill to ground it out with ANYBODY! Turn-overs will be their undoing in the play-offs, I'm afraid. If they get that under control, they should go VERY deep. I can't really comment on anyone else, because I either haven't seen them, or they don't deserve it.
  5. How much impact has your new Offensive Coordinator had, and does he get any credit for this success? I know I've watched #7 for 3 years, and never really heard anybody talk about what a gamer he was - A good player and QB, YES! But he's really getting some good PR this year. Is it because of a change in Offensive schemes? The OC is a GREAT GUY! I'm sorry he didn't get more of a chance at BC! I know I miss his interaction with MY kids! They would have done anything he asked them to do! I wish him nothing but success! and I wasn't picking on #7 - He's a great player and a good kid ...
  6. Dishon - #1 QB Stringer - #2 QB Bolton - #3 QB If we sit out all of the "wounded", who's gonna take the snaps?
  7. Yeah, but now he's jawing on Orangefield!
  8. It is just me, or has Kirbyville replaced Lumberton as the school with the most annoying posters?
  9. Congrats to the Tigers on a good win. Too much for my Cards tonight! The injury bug is biting the Cards HARD! Five starters in jeans on the sideline BEFORE the game, and looked like at least 2 more went out during the game. Add in the mix that both QB's, Stringer and Dishon are banged up, and it gets ugly quick. Sisbee did a good job running off-tackle all night, and the Cards didn't seem to have an answer for it. Take away TO's for both sides and the score is 14-0 Tigers. Cards capitalizd ealry on miscues, Tigers made us pay late. I'm STILL WAITING for this team to play to its' potential. I have no idea why we are not, but all of our games have been UGLY - Wins and Losses! They will put it together one day, I hope, and look like the team I know they ARE! On a side note - If any of you Tiger fans know the announcer personally - Shake his hand for me! VERY CLASSY comments for BOTH teams - Not the usuall HOMER stuff. The man did a great job, and should be recognized for it! Good luck to the Tigers for the rest of the season. Congrats on a good win.
  10. Any of you Tigers interested in trying to get together at the game to put a face with a name :?: I know we had a little "meet-n-greet" at the wooden bridge when we played Jasper for the play-off game last year at your house - Seemed like a pretty good location. Any thoughts? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? 8)
  11. BC is 3-1 in "nailbitters" - Doesn't sound good for Silsbee!
  12. I'm missing so many results I guess I'll let this go and not update anymore, unless some of you guys and gals can dig up some results to help us get current. BC over WO-S tonight.
  13. Yeah, but SOFTBALL NEVER ENDS! That forum still gets new posts daily..............
  14. (evil grin and laugh) ANOTHER ONE FALLS FOR THE ONE-MAN SHOW ACT :!:
