Is there any stats from this game, there had to be close to 40 penalties! Although it was a win that was a very sloppy game.

I think I would find me some boys who will hold on to the ball. Obviously they fumble and it hasn't changed and at some point you have to wonder if they will find a guy that won't put the ball on the ground. I can't say do this or that because I am not the coach but lets teach some discipline and if the fumble put them on the sideline!

Not sure what the reasoning was behind the decision. As some one who played for 3 coaches in 4 years, Trawhan being one of them, he was the only one that was committed to the program. I wish he would have been there my 4 years. The others were just there. Some people should be careful of what they wish for because coahing can only get you so far. The players have to play the game. He can't hit for them, he can't pitch for them, and he can't field for them. Some people may think his techniques are wrong or he yells to much, but at some point the players and parents have to get out of the little league mentality, suck it up and play. Hope the next coach you guys get cares and produces the way he did. I wish the best for coach and I know if I was looking for a coach he would definately get my call. Silsbee will not be better off without him!

I was there...it was an awesome game...he does an awesome job with all the videos he does!

I think Silsbee can win this game if they are mentally tough. Whether it be a player or coach, somebody from that team has to get them pumped up. The Tigers post season is on the line the next two weeks and to make it there they have to play with some intensity. They have the talent to beat anyone, but from watching several of the games, they lack intensity. Silsbee needs a player to step up and take the game over like in years past. (Ex. William Harper, Desmond Doss, Donavan Harris.) Those guys were game breakers and maybe this game Silsbee will find one. I think it will be a high scoring game but I think Silsbee will come out on top 37-30

I know because as good as he is, he would be going somewhere, whether it be juco, DII or something. Joel Schooling had to go out and get his own Scholarship as well. Everyone knows what he was all about.

I am not slamming his coach, but couldn't he have done more than put him up for an allstar game at the end of his senior year. I mean do you have to get the scouts to come watch you yourself or does the coach do that?

Could his coach have anything to do with it?
