HD being the bigger school and just dropping down to 2A-Small School means I don't count them as underdog.  I think it will be a good game, and turnovers will play a big role in the outcome.

might as well go on down 146 south of hardin for 5 extra minutes to Liberty , Jax Hamburgers, Novrozky's both probably better than your option in Hardin which is just 1 place and that's Los Compadres it's pretty good but the Los Compadres in Dayton is better for some reason, and yeah the team is 0-5 and just let go of their AD/HC in only his second year there idk how they can ever build a program by continuing to do that, the don't have as many athletes historically as Daisetta or Liberty but they get rid of their coach every year as if that is somehow his fault lol

No, I for one understand and I believe you raise a valid point.  There is a difference between showing pride in your community and engaging in good natured ribbing and just being plain mean.  And I will tell what I mean, in this week leading up to this weekends game we have had, among other things, Vidorians subjected to talk about "white sheets," Port Arthur folks subjected to talk that they live in a ghetto and one board member who had his child rearing skills questioned.  And there is probably more that I just didn't happen to see.
When it gets to that point, it is just plain senseless, and more and more threads are getting to that point.
It's sad.

Lol, the HD jinx I have with picks continues.  Coach at HD needed to slip me a couple of hundred to pick Deweyville. 

If you're at game, hope you can post quarterly scores.  I think this is going to be a good one.   I may see Rebs for half.  Still trying to get over Hemphill trip last night for JV.   After you get off 96, there's a time, space arp.   The 12 mile trip takes an hour.  

I agree.  First, it's great to have a great team.  Second, it's great to see another school improving their program.  My G'daughter grad last year, & played basketball and volleyball.  The competition in our Dist was pretty bad.  Of course we have Deweyville now in vball, and they have a super player.  Yes Coach Williams does a great job, teaching sports and setting a high standard these young men can learn from.  Great guy.

Evadale has one of the best coaches out there Football, and baseball, I'm sure he will be ready, I look forward to coming to Evadale in a few weeks I think it will be a good game.

I think they're a cinch third.  District is pretty weak.  Flip a coin for forth.  I'm convinced, Evadale, Hull Daisetta, and Iola are a lock, but Rebs better not overlook HD, or we'll have a little Porter/Crosby.

If you haven't seen HD play you know that these two teams are not even HD has a QB with a cannon, and at times doesn't even have to use it because our backs just haven't been able to be stopped. HD defense is also very aggressive, some people may be shocked when they roll into town.

Lol that want happen, but we have been underrated all year, I like it better that way. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying HD is gonna go in and beat Evadale( I like to think so) but it will be closer than you think either way it goes.
