A little bit of a recent trend.
Silsbee has now won 6 of the last 7 games against Jasper.

It doesn't matter if that ball bounced or hit a parked car. Touchdown Tigers! Jasper will be a problem in the playoffs. 

Particularly in the 2nd half.
Gave up that 89 yard TD pass play but nothing else. Jasper may have had a total of 100 yards of offense in 2nd half including that 89 yarder.

Also my prediction neither team scoring 30 or more was spot on.

Silsbee finishes regular season at 10-0. District Champs!!!
First time Silsbee has been 10-0 since 1971 season.

I think HF was pretty tough and i hear they only reason they lost to Jasper was because of 2 bad punt snaps otherwise there would have been a different outcome to that game ??? One thing about it the HF game was very well needed for Silsbee , they was tested and i mean tested and down very late and they figured out a way to win. Our defense was on the field pretty much the complete second half and still stepped up on the series they had to and the offense scored when they had to . Silsbee is battle tested and they passed the test.

move this game to the Alamo just like old times.....:)

@Pepper Brooks and I tied year before last. There was no tiebreaker. And I still stand firm that Todd miscounted. He got so mad when I said #stopthesteal

Unfortunately I only see one local Saturday game. Points would be the deciding factor. I'm thinking 1st- closest to margin of victory. And if still tied 2nd tiebreaker would be closest to total points combined.

The thing is, I plan on attending this game since Texan Live will not be broadcasting this game. Was going to stay down here on the beach and watch it. Now I'll probably make the short drive up and watch it from the sidelines.
This will make my 6th homecoming game to attend this year.

I hate homecoming games.

kinda like bridge city having an extra week to prepare for them in basketball... it just won't matter.

Some criticism is fine, just not the constant bashing and making it personal. When every post a particular member makes is about bashing a coach, it's gone too far for that member.
The posting of the video is a prime example of coach bashing.
Folks have to understand the website side of this. We have to have good relationships with our local coaches. Those relationships are important to the success of this website.

I'm 42 and I enjoy high school football but I have to much other stuff going on to get that fired up about wins and loses. Its amateur sports. I support Silsbee to the core but man I will never make a video about how displeased I am about the program.

The Tigers piled up 564 yards of total offense. Silsbee quarterback Mason Brisbane completed 14-of-23 passes for 357 yards. The Tigers finished with 207 yards on the ground on 31 carries.
The Mustangs (2-3, 0-1), finished with 283 total yards. Sophomore quarterback Marcus Turner, Jr. completed 12-of-22 passes for 206 yards. WO-S struggled to get their running game going, collecting 77 yards on 34 carries.

You know don't tarnish your win. We at WOS know how to lose with grace. Try some.

Coach Hickman isn't being given a fair shake by most of you. WOS has a rich tradition and the community seems to be against this man after 5 games. WOS will get 2nd in district. You can't win em all folks. People show their true character when things are bad. Good luck the rest of the year. 

JK Dobbins had less than 50 yards against Coach T defense. He plays well on Sundays (when healthy) A Coach Thompson defense  would not have let this happen
