  7. It's most definitely at least 100.. I had us hitting 100 last season. Celina, Navasota, Wharton, Bellville, Giddings all lost tonight. Lot's of shakeups in the Top 10. Katy, Aledo and Lake Travis losing in the larger classifications.
  8. Franklin 38 Navasota 22 FINAL!!!!!
  9. Couldn't find a thread already made for this game BUT.... Franklin 16 Navasota 14 HALFTIME
  10. FYI Celina losing to Princeton 0-14 second quarter JK Dobbins from LaGrange injured on first offensive play... game currently in lightning delay so not sure how severe.
  11. This rating is always rather strange at the start of the season but WOS #12 Statewide, #57 Nationwide? [Hidden Content]-(orange,tx)/football/rankings.htm#state_rankings
  12. Argyle is nothing to be scoffed at. They're 95-9 in the past 7 seasons averaging 15 games played per year. They've played for a State Championship four out of the past five years. They do tend to choke in championship games though as they are 1-4 in State Finals losing to Navasota, Wimberley, La Vega, and Newton and beating Fairfield in their only win.
  13. Haven't played since WOS dropped down to 3A in 2004. Last game was in 2003 with WOS winning 21-17
  14. Stephenville was LaMarque's nemesis, LaMarque was Calallen, Denison and WOS' nemesis in the '90's. Would be interesting to have a predistrict matchup of some arrangement of the five but will never happen because of the enrollment spread now. Gilmer remains the only program to beat WOS twice without a loss. C.E. King is right behind with 3 wins and 1 loss to the Mustangs. My wish list of teams for WOS to play includes Stephenville, Brownwood and Sweetwater. Unfortunately Sweetwater is the only one that has a chance to face us this year but an all Mustang Bowl would be awesome.
  15. Alamo Heights from San Antonio 66-14
  16. Poor Calallen got the short end of the stick... They're 0-6 against LaMarque in Semifinal games losing in '93, '94, '95, '96, '97 and '10 ...and 0-1 Against WOS in 2000
  17. Well WOS IS 10-3 against all the teams they've played on that list ;p
  18. 4A D1 Navasota #2 Silsbee #17 4A D2 WOS #1 Jasper #18
  19. 1. Plano vs Odessa Permian - Plano found a way to win every time. 4-0 in the Semifinals against Mojo. No other team can compare. 2. La Marque vs Calallen - Poor Calallen... lost in the Semis to LM six times but almost every game was a great one. 3. WOS vs Jasper - #1 vs #2 one year, Quarterfinalists another year, always a good show 4. Katy vs The Woodlands - The Woodlands had Katy's number and won early on in the season several times but couldn't keep it going 5. PNG vs Ned - always a classic
