Speaking off topic. Just wanted to bring up an issue that has merit that no one is talking about. However, as far as the topic of changing the MILE who knows.

Great question, Ok I'll say it recruit more diversity as far as coaching.  What I noticed from observing the sideline at the Richmond Foster game was that even though Fort Bend Richmond Foster had very few minority players, their coaching staff was impressive. If I were coach T. after this year I would propose a  more diverse coaching staff, even if he has to go out of state to find better coaches. He needs help! Schools recruit out of state all the time.

There are somethings that the Mustangs are doing well on at times,( defense secondary). I would like to see the city bring back the "We Believe" slogan. Chants in the stands, get back to togetherness. WOS play to win!

I enjoy reading and responding to posters on this thread because, it gives me a chance to keep in tune with citizens from the area, and it also allows me to pass news discoveries about important issues here in my city. I value everyones opinion, however, it's hard to be civil to behaviors that are past strange.

Some posters have cascara of the mouth when they speak about teams who have winning history, and tradition, WOS, PNG, NED, LCM. Let's not lose sight of the goal. The goal is to motivate, our young guys by speaking facts about past and present accomplishments.When the insults become adverse, then communication, sharing, and reflecting becomes wasted.

Farmer............Ladybug does not live in the Golden Triangle anymore. I'll leave the farming to you. It's a valuable profession.

Good job researching, 1966 and 1998, now who said WOS fans are discussing old history? I think we know poster 383/385 ha, get some new district titles beside 3rd place as of late; then China Tx, HJ football team might become relevant.

@Bedelmon it's called reflection, people do that when they share a common memory, i.e. State Championships.Let me lower the bar for you, do you guys have a district title. Just asking, I have no knowledge about your school or town. Stop trying to insult people to get attention, that makes you childish! 

Last Cowboy win for a couple of weeks. Eating crow stinks :(  credit Romo he played a whale of a game. Seahawks will be too much for them on Thursday night. Cowboys will win 9 games this year Eagles are too tough.

Next game should be a home game right? A home game is what the teams needs to get back on track, would really help if the WOS fans who attend the games would get off their duff's and cheer the guys on, not just when we need a first down , or after a score, but throughout the entire ballgame. Cheer and encourage our team to VICTORY.

I have respect for Newton from wayyyyyy back they are champions, WOS are champions on a high level too, it's just that last night Newton was the better team. That does not mean that all other teams should be drooling from the mouth, We do have our pride.

I believe this loss will help the Mustangs bounce back, and be ready for district play.

Here is all history you need. 

HJ won 50% of all games ever played. 2 district titles, 10 playoff games since 1961. 

WO-S 79% against far and away superior opponents. Two titles and a third trip to state game. 21 district championships. 17 10-win seasons.

Great analogy, he won't get it though!
