I know Kentucky had a few games where they were taken to the wire but they won anyway. Texas had them the whole game until the last couple of minutes. Kentucky's coaching won these games for them. Texas had several games that they had the other team beat and ended up losing. Coaching lost these games for them. Hopefully we can keep the talent level up there.

A few flops to draw a charge call. I sure am glad no one else does that. NBA has had to fine players to control it. Must be wide spread, but let's just hold it against Duke because Laettner wants some spotlight. Even if Duke has gotten a few favorable calls, is this what we hinge their success on? Mr. Buddy Garrity, you have a good sports head on your shoulders and I believe even you can't believe that favorable calls have been making Duke successful all these years.

I guess no one saw all the Ute turnovers. Unbelievable how people think Duke gets "all the calls" when they have a top notch coach and have had very talented teams. Pretty petty calls on Okafor for fouling tooth gap. When you hate a team, all you see is one side. What a shame to hate such a fine program.

When I was young, most businesses had signs on their doors or inside walls that said, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". Most people I know would not allow just anyone inside their home. Why not? Is it because it is "their" property. Well, the business is "their" business. Not sure blackouts work anyway. Only time it affected me was when Warren Moon and the Oilers hosted a first round playoff game. It did not sell out so they blacked it out. Made me angry but not enough to make me attend.

Kentucky is awesome, Duke looked great, and Wisconsin plays team basketball as solid as anyone. Can't make my pick just yet.

Not quite the same setup as football, but spin it any way which makes you right. If the 64th seed wins it all, then all the other teams were overrated? Not hardly. Basketball is setup for the underdog. In football, when a conference claims to be the best there is, play each other to keep their rankings higher than most, then step out of conference and lose, THAT'S OVERRATED! Hopefully the playoff system will rectify the problem. Many a truth is said in jest.

I loved watching Kansas lose to Wichita State. Kansas played very little defense. Lots of lay ups for Wichita.

Just because a team is rated higher than yours and they happen to lose out, does not mean they were overrated. It's called sports and unranked teams upset the higher ranks all the time. How's the NIT?
