This is just pure speculation on my part as to the team going to Big Sandy,Tx. If this is true, the coach will never admit. If it did happen, it is not the first time. Other schools have made this mistake in the past.

Game was supposed to be at 1:00 today. It will now be Monday the 6th at 4:00. Pretty sure they went to Big Sandy,Texas not Dallardsville,Tx. At one point their coach told our coach they were 5 miles out, but after 45 min., they still were not here. Lol

It is where the ball is at time of contact by player. If the fielder contacts ball while he is in fair territory but the ball is in foul territory, it is a foul ball. In your case, if the ball passed the bag fair and player knocked it foul, it is a fair ball.Hard Line drive down 1st base line...while ball is in the air the 1st baseman attempts to catch it but doesnt and his momentum knocks the ball towards and lands in foul territory (this is all beyond first base). First baseman was in fair territory when he touched the ball. Fair or Foul?

It will be state before we could meet up with WS. I know it was early, but I do recall we beat WS in Evadale tourney. I doubt a slaughter would take place.

I think it is a strike if pitched, and if batter gets back in box and puts ball in play he is out. Not 100% sure on this though
